Research on good teaching continues, but it is difficult to find studies that present a teaching model that integrates research results and derive related implications. Accordingly, this study attempted to propose a good teaching model based on college students' perceptions of good teaching. To achieve the purpose of this study, we analyzed the contents of 232 good class essays from D University from 2019 to 2023 and derived factors of good classes. Based on the strengths of good classes derived, an appreciative inquiry was used to ultimately propose a good class model. And through statistical analysis, it was confirmed that some factors differ depending on grade, field, and gender, excluding class type. Through this process, it was found that regardless of the class type, students recognized a good class as a class that allowed students to change and reflect on their own while forming positive relationships with learners rather than the instructor's one-sided class method. In addition, the AI good teaching model has educational implications in that it is not a traditional problem-solving method to improve the weaknesses of individuals and organizations, but an attempt to solve problems positively by focusing on the strengths that have emerged so far.

좋은 수업에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 진행되고 있으나 연구결과를 통합한 수업모형을 제시하고 이와 관 련된 시사점을 도출한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구는 좋은 수업에 관한 대학생의 인식을 바탕으 로 좋은 수업모형을 제안하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2019~2023년에 해당하는 D대 학 좋은 수업 에세이 232편의 내용을 분석하여 좋은 수업의 요인을 도출하였다. 도출한 좋은 수업의 강점을 토대로 긍정적 탐색(Appreciative Inquiry)을 활용하여 좋은 수업모형을 제안하였다. 그리고 통계분석을 통해 서 일부 요인들은 수업형태를 제외하고 학년, 계열, 성별에 따라 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 학생들은 수업형태와 관계없이 교수자의 일방적인 수업방식이 아닌 학습자와 긍정적인 관계를 형성하 는 가운데 학생 스스로 변화와 성찰할 수 있는 수업을 좋은 수업이라고 인식한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또 한, AI 좋은 수업모형은 개인과 조직의 약점을 개선하려는 전통적인 문제해결 방법이 아니라, 현재까지 나 타난 강점에 집중하여 긍정적으로 문제해결해 보고자 하는 시도라는 점에서 교육적으로 시사하는 바가 있다.
