A Study on the Effect of ESG Management Activities on Organizational Trust and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Members of IT Companies

This study aimed to verify the impact of ESG management activities, which have recently emerged as a major issue in corporate management, on organizational trust and job satisfaction and to verify the mediating effect of organizational trust in the relationship between ESG activities and job satisfaction. The analysis result is as follows. First, in the analysis of the impact of ESG activities on job satisfaction, the importance of quantity (+) was shown in the order of compliance ethics management, regional cluster, social value. Second, among the subfactors of ESG management, the factors that affect organizational trust are regional clusters, compliance ethics management, energy efficiency. Third, organizational trust was found to have a chung (+) effect on job satisfaction. Finally, the partial mediating effect of organizational trust was confirmed in the relationship between ESG management activities (compliance ethics management) and job satisfaction. The analysis results of this study are expected to help present strategic directions to IT managers and managers promoting ESG management activities in the future.
