[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to provide basic data necessary to find ways to prevent the efficient operation of golf courses and the departure of the golf population by identifying the structural relationship between recovery efforts, fairness, and recovery performance for golf course visitor complaints. [Method] To this end, 300 golf course visitors in the metropolitan area were surveyed between September and October 2023, with customers who had complained to the golf course as the population. Before conducting the survey, the survey was conducted after checking whether visitors had ever directly raised complaints about the golf course. 282 copies of the distributed questionnaire were used for the final analysis. [Results] First, recovery efforts for golf course visitor complaints were found to have a positive effect on fairness. Second, recovery efforts for golf course visitor complaints were found to have a positive effect on recovery performance. Third, it was found that the fairness perceived by visitors to the golf course had a positive effect on recovery performance. [Conclusion] Recently, more and more complaints from visitors visiting golf courses have emerged as a departure from golf. In this situation, I think that service recovery efforts and fairness recovery for golf course relationship recovery can be one way to reduce the departure of the golf population.

[목적] 이 연구는 골프장 방문객 불만에 대한 회복노력, 공정성, 회복성과의 구조적 관계를 규명하여 골프장의 효율적인 운영과 골프인구의 이탈을 방지할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 있어 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 골프장 방문객 중 골프장에 불만을 제기한 경험이 있는 고객을 모집단으로 설정하고 2023년 9월에서 10월사이 수도권 지역의 골프장 방문객 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 실시하기 전 방문객에게 골프장에 대한 불만사항을 직접적으로 제기한 적이 있는지 확인한 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 배포된 설문지 중 282부를 최종분석에 활용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프장 방문객 불만에 대한 회복노력은 공정성에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프장 방문객 불만에 대한 회복노력은 회복성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프장 방문객이 지각한 공정성은 회복성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 최근 골프장을 방문하고 있는 방문객들의 불만이 늘어나면서 골프에 대한 이탈현상으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 골프장의 관계회복에 대한 서비스회복노력과 공정성회복은 골프인구의 이탈을 줄일 수 있는 하나의 방안이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.
