[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to provide useful data on safety for golf course managers and caddie by establishing safety management practices for golf courses through the Delphi method. [Method] For the Delphi survey, we invited 20 experts to participate in three iterations of the survey. To ensure validity and reliability, we utilized CVR, stability, convergence, consensus, the research participant confirmation method, and the peer review method. [Result] In the field of facility management, a total of five factors have been identified for enhancing safety measures on golf courses: 'Installation of safety nets between golf course holes,' 'Installation of safety facilities around hazards,' 'Ensuring adequate width of cart paths,' 'Installation of safety facilities on cart paths,' and 'Landscaping of sloped areas.' In the realm of game safety, five factors have been derived: 'Maintaining a safe distance between players during the game,' 'Prohibiting movement around hazards,' 'Prohibiting rapid progression,' 'Allowing the player furthest away to take the shot first,' and 'Exercising caution during cart boarding, disembarking, and movement.' In the area of safety education, four factors have been identified: 'Promotion and activation of academies,' 'Enhanced safety education for caddies,' 'Reinforcement of safety education for CEOs and employees,' and 'Enhanced management and education at the municipal level. [Conclusion] Therefore, golf course managers and caddie should implement the 14 factors identified to prevent golf course safety incidents.

[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 델파이 기법을 통해 골프장의 안전관리 강화 방안을 수립함으로써 골프장 관계자들에게 안 전에 관한 유용한 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. [방법] 델파이 설문조사를 위해 전문가 20명을 구성한 후 3회에 걸쳐 반 복 설문으로 진행됐다. 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하기 위해 CVR, 안정도, 수렴도, 합의도, 연구참여자 확인법, 동료 검 토법을 활용했다. [결과] 시설관리 영역에서는 ‘골프코스 사이 안전망 설치’, ‘해저드 주변 안전 설치물 설치’, ‘카트 도로의 적정 폭 확보’, ‘카트 도로의 안전 설치물 설치’, ‘경사면 조경’ 총 5개 요인이 도출됐다. 경기안전 영역에서는 ‘경기자 간 안전거리 유지’, ‘해저드 주변 이동 금지’, ‘빠른 진행 금지’, ‘멀리 떨어진 플레이어가 먼저 샷’, ‘카트 승하 차, 이동 시 주의’ 총 5개 요인이 도출됐다. 안전교육 영역에서는 ‘홍보 및 아카데미 활성화’, ‘캐디에 대한 안전교육 강화’, ‘CEO, 직원에 대한 안전교육 강화’, ‘지자체 차원의 관리, 교육 강화’ 총 4개 요인이 도출됐다. [결론] 따라서 골프장 관계자들은 골프장 안전사고를 예방하기 위해 도출된 14개 요인을 실천해야 할 것이다.
