[Purpose] The goal is to verify the difference in the exchange relationship between team and player according to the winning experience of junior golfers, and to provide a direction for establishing a strategy for the exchange relationship between team and player according to the winning experience. [Method] Junior golfers in Gyeonggi-do were asked to respond to the questionnaire using a convenience sampling method and then analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and Amos 24.0 for Windows. [Result] According to the derived results, shape identity, measurement identity, and intercept identity were sequentially secured, and the recruitment equality of team-player exchange factors was verified, and the latent mean analysis showed a generally significant difference. [Conclusion] First, there was no difference in the measurement model between shape identity, measurement identity, intercept identity, and liver. Second, as a result of the latent mean analysis, statistically significant differences were found in trust, respect, and a sense of community. In the end, these results are considered to suggest that the measure of the team-player exchange relationship can be used equally for junior golfers.

[목적] 주니어 골프선수들의 입상 경험에 따른 팀-선수 간 교환관계의 차이를 검증하여 팀-선수 간 교환관계 진단도 구를 해석하는 관점에서 타당하게 접근할 수 있으며, 입상 경험에 따라 팀-선수 간 교환관계의 전략을 수립하기 위 한 방향을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. [방법] 경기도내 주니어 골프선수를 대상으로 편의표집법을 사용하여 설문에 응 답하도록 한 후 Window용 SPSS 24.0과 Amos 24.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면 형태동일 성, 측정동일성, 절편동일성이 순차적으로 확보되어 팀-선수 간 교환관계 요인의 구인동등성은 검증되었으며, 잠재 평균 분석 결과 통게적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. [결론] 첫째, 형태동일성, 측정동일성, 절편동일성 간의 측정 모형에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 잠재평균 분석 결과 신뢰 및 존중, 그리고 공동체 의식에서 통계적으 로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 결국 이러한 결과는 팀-선수 간 교환관계의 척도가 주니어 골프선수들에게 동일하게 사용될 수 있음을 시사하는 결과라 사료된다.
