Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine what core language is, what the relationship is between core languages, and suggest implications based on trade remedy cases related to anti-dumping and unfair trade. Research design, data, methodology : This study conducted a language network analysis on closed trade remedy cases(20 cases of anti-dumping, 24 cases of unfair trade practices ) from 2018 to 2021. Results : As a result of the study, in anti-dumping cases, anti-dumping tariffs and unfair trade practices were the key words, and in anti-dumping cases, the key words such as anti-dumping tariffs, domestic industry, and dumping imports were highly connected, and in unfair trade, unfair trade practices and domestic industries were the key words. There was a high degree of connectivity between key words such as damage and suspension of imports. Conclusions : This study is meaningful in that it divides the final cases into anti-dumping and unfair trade practices and presents results through language network analysis of unoriented data. If the scope of future research is expanded in terms of period and content, it will be more specific and clear. We believe that results can be derived.

본 연구는 반덤핑과 불공정무역과 관련된 무역구제 사례를 기반으로 핵엄언어는 무엇이며, 핵 심언어간 어떤 관계가 있는지를 살펴보고 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에 서는 2018년부터 2021년까지 폐쇄된 무역구제 사건(반덤핑 20건, 불공정무역관행 24건)에 대 한 언어네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 반덤핑 사례에서는 덤핑방지관세, 불공정무역 에서는 불공정무역행위가 핵심언어였으며, 반덤핑 사례에서는 핵심어인 덤핑방지관세, 국내산 업, 덤핑수입 등의 연결성이 높았으며, 불공정무역에서는 불공정무역행위, 국내산업피해, 수입 중지 등의 핵심어간 연결성이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 최종 판례 사례를 반덤핑과 불공정무 역행위로 구분하여 비정향 데이터를 언어네트워크 분석을 통해 결과를 제시하고 있다는 점에 서 의미가 있으며, 향후 연구 범위를 기간과 내용 측면에서 확대한다면 더 구체적이고 명확한 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.
