The purpose of this study attempted to explore the intersectionality of the local, female directors, and the characters of girls through directed by Kim Sun-bin and directed by Chae Ji-hee. As for the research method, the relationship between the director's direction and planning intention, and the socio-cultural context was identified using discourse analysis. In , five high school girls with different personalities and narratives described their journey to arrive at the university entrance through obstacles such as the outbreak of zombie viruses, attacks, and vehicle accidents. In , it is a story of an elementary school girl who resists adults with gender role stereotypes and raises and responds to problems in their own way. The two films are works created by a female director who has lived and lives in the local by reconstructing her life, and the local, female director, and girls are explored intersectionally. These independent short films played a role in providing an alternative gaze and voice to the screen. Also, in the study, it was found that the Daegu Film School and independent film production support project of the Daegu Video Media Center played a role in nurturing female directors and settling local cinemas. In the future, it is necessary to seek policy tasks to revitalize local film culture. In addition, this study is suggested that research on analysis of local female directors and independent short films should be expanded.

본 연구는 지역 여성 감독인 김선빈 감독 작품 <수능을 치려면 (2023)>과 채지희 감독 작품 <점핑클럽 (2023)>을 통해 지역과 여성 감독, 소녀 캐릭터를 교차 적으로 탐구하고자 했다. 연구방법은 감독의 기획과 연출 의도, 사회·문화적 맥락의 연관성을 파악하는 담론 분석을 사용했다. 두 영화는 독립 단편영화로 지역의 물적·인적 인프라를 통해 제작된 영화이다. <수능을 치려면>에서 고등학생 3학년 여학생들이 좀비 바이러스의 창궐과 습격, 차 사고 등의 장애물을 뚫고 수능장에 도착하는 여정에서 변화하는 소녀의 이야기를, <점핑클럽>에서는 성 역할 고정 관념을 가진 어른에 저항하며 자기들의 방식으로 문제를 제기하고 대응하는 소녀를 재현했다. 두 영화는 지역에 살아왔고 살아가는 여성 감독이 자신의 삶을 재구성하여 만든 작품으로 지역과 여성 감독, 소녀의 캐릭터가 교차적으로 연결되었다. 이러한 독립 단편영화는 스크린에 대안적 응시와 목소리를 제공하는 역할을 하였다. 또한, 연구에서 대구 영상미디어센터의 대구영화학교, 독립영화 제작지원 사 업은 여성 감독을 양성하고 로컬시네마를 안착화시키는 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 지역 영화문화 활성화를 위한 정책과제 모색이 필요하며, 지역의 여성 감독과 독립 단편영화 분석 연구가 확대되어야 함을 제안한다.
