This thesis starts with a question of how to recognize and approach the human view for correctional edification and human healing in uncertain modern society. The correctional ideology and paradigm of the past can be attributed to the traditional human view of the west, which regards human as a imperfect being and passsive objects in the name of improvement or edification. However, it is difficult to say that this is a complete healing method for human beings and for humanity. Because the complex life of modern people should be comprehensively considered, it is difficult to find a solution unless fundamentally human integrity is premised. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the East Asian idea of ‘human beings are complete beings’especially the way of correctional edification and healing through the human view of 『Zhouyi』.

본 연구는 불확실한 현대사회에서 교정교화와 인간치유를 위 해 인간을 어떤 관점에서 이해하고 접근할 것인가 하는 문제의 식에서 출발한다. 그동안 교정이념과 패러다임은 인간을 불완전 한 존재로 보고 개선 또는 교화라는 명목하에 단순히 피동적 객 체로 여겨온 서양의 전통적 인간관에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 이는 인간 자체와 인간성을 위한 온전한 치유의 방법이라 고 보기 어렵다. 왜냐하면, 현대인의 복잡다단한 삶은 그 과정 전반이 종합적으로 고려되어야 하기에 근본적으로 인간의 완전성, 혹은 온전성을 전제로 하지 않으면 해결의 실마리를 찾기가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 ‘인간은 완전한 존재이다’라는 동아시아적 사 고, 특히 『주역』의 인간관을 통하여 교정교화와 치유의 방안에 주목할 필요가 있다.
