This study analyzed the impact of entrepreneurs' age on the speed of serialentrepreneurship. Contrary to common perception, there is an observedphenomenon where older entrepreneurs are driving rapid serialentrepreneurship. However, there is still a lack of clear explanation for thisphenomenon. In this study, the age of entrepreneurs, self-efficacy, and familysupport were identified as key variables influencing the speed of serialentrepreneurship. Based on previous research, their impact was empiricallyanalyzed. In this study, it was found that age alone does not show a significanteffect on the speed of serial entrepreneurship. However, as age increases, it hasbeen confirmed that entrepreneurs with high self-efficacy tend to restart theirbusinesses faster. Although economic family support is not important,psychological family support appears to play an important role in this regard. This can be interpreted as the interaction between age and self-efficacy havinga positive impact on entrepreneurial success. It suggests the need forentrepreneurship education programs that take this into account.

본 연구는 창업가의 연령이 재창업 속도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 일반적인 인식과는 다르게, 고령의 창업가들이 신속한 재창업을 추진하는 현상이 관찰되고 있으나, 이에 대한 명확한 설명은 아직 미흡한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 창업가의 연령, 자기효능감, 가족지원을 재창업 속도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수로 설정하고, 선행연구를 바탕으로 이들의 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 연령만으로는 재창업 속도가 빠르다는 결과는 나타나지 않았다. 반면 연령이 증가함에 따라 자기효능감이 높은 창업가의 재창업 속도가 높아지는 경향을 확인하였으며 경제적 가족지원은 중요하지 않지만,심리적 가족지원은 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 연령과 자기효능감이 상호작용하여 창업 성공에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석되며, 이를 반영한 창업가 교육 프로그램의 필요하다는 시사점을 제시한다.
