This study attempted to analyze the needs of local communities, university professors, and university students who are parties to Service-Learning for effective Service-Learning operations. To this end, a survey was conducted on members of local communities, university professors, and university students. 96 people from local communities, 63 university professors, and 241 university students participated in the survey. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to organize the requirements of each stakeholder for service learning from the perspective of establishing a systematic support system, including a dedicated department and administrative and financial support. In addition, the requirements between subjects were also analyzed. Each party also demonstrated a common need for training to increase awareness of service learning. These results will provide implications for the role of mutual reciprocal relationships between local communities, university professors, and university students, and university-level support for effective Service-Learning strategies.

이 연구에서는 효과적인 서비스-러닝의 운영을 위해 서비스-러닝의 당사자인 지역 커뮤니티, 대학교수와 대학생의 요구를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 교내 FGI 및 전문가 자 문을 통해 설문지를 제작하고, 지역 커뮤니티, 대학교수 및 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 상에서 구글 설문지를 통해 설문자료를 수합하였다. 설문에는 40여개의 지역 커뮤니티 관계자 96명, A대학 교수 63명, 대학생 241명이 참여하였다. 분석결과 지역 커뮤니티 관 계자와 대학생의 경우에는 서비스-러닝에 대한 인식이 상당히 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 지역 커뮤니티 관계자들은 상호 협력관계 구축을 중요시했으며, 서비스-러닝에 대한 적 극적인 참여의지를 확인할 수 있었다. 대학교수와 대학생은 서비스-러닝 전담부서 및 행·재정적 지원 등의 실질적 도움을 요구하고 있었다. 대학교수의 경우에는 전공학습과 의 연계를 중요하게 인식하고 있었는데, 이를 위한 행·재정적 지원을 요구하였다. 대학 생들의 경우에도 전공학습과의 연계를 중요하게 인식하고 있었는데, 대학교수들과는 다 르게 사전안내 교육과 현장과의 연계지도를 중요하게 인식하였으며 활동교육지원금에 대한 요구도 높았다. 또한 지역 커뮤니티, 대학교수, 대학생 모두 공통적으로 서비스-러 닝 인식 제고를 위한 교육 및 서비스-러닝에 대한 안내, 사전교육, 성찰 워크숍 등이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 지역 커뮤니티, 대학교수와 대학생 간 상호 호혜적 관계를 위한 대학 차원의 서비스-러닝 지원에 대한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.
