The purpose of the study is to analyze how the recognition rewards for lifelong learning coordinators affect the sustainablility. For that, an online survey was conducted on lifelong learning coordinators who have been living in Daegu city and have been worked for at least 6 months, and we analyzed a total of 164 obtained through PC and smartphone based on the Google forms. The verification of the corrected data were performed using IBM SPSS 21.0 Korean version tool according to descriptive statistic analysis, factor analysis and Cronbach's α coefficient analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of these analysis process show that social-psychological recognition rewards affect sustainability of lifelong learning coordinator. Moreover, it was also proved that sustainability also increased, when educational-cultural recognition rewards were higher. In conclusion, we first summarized the relationship between the reconition rewards and sustainability based on research results, and suggested the limitations of this research and the future works for the lifelong learning coordinator.

본 연구의 목적은 평생학습 코디네이터가 인식하는 인식보상이 활동지속성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 선행연구를 기반으 로 설문지를 구성하고 최소 활동기간 6개월 이상인 대구시에 거주하는 평생학습 코디 네이터를 대상으로 설문 응답 자료 중 164부를 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 양적 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분 석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석결과는 다음과 같이 2가지의 결과를 보여준 다. 첫째, 사회 심리적 인정보상은 활동지속성에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 교육 문 화적 인정보상은 활동지속성에 정(+)적인 영향을 주었다. 결론에서는 연구결과를 종합 하여 평생학습 코디네이터의 인정보상과 활동지속성에 관한 논의와 후속연구를 제언하였다.
