This research aimed to explore the impact of street dance Professor educational professionalism on college students' learning presence and subfactors of career decision self-efficacy (career exploration, problem-solving, career decision). The study targeted street dance majoring college students, conducting parallel offline and online surveys from November 1, 2023, to January 31, 2024, across Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheongnam-do areas, collecting a total of 413 samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out using structural equation modeling with the SmartPLS statistical program. The summarized analysis results are as follows: (1) Educational expertise of street dance Professor significantly positively influenced college students' sense of learning presence. (2) The Professor expertise had a significant positive effect on the students' self-efficacy in career exploration and decision-making, but not in problem-solving. (3) Students' learning presence had a significant positive effect on all aspects of career decision self-efficacy. (4) There was a full mediation effect in the pathway from Professor educational expertise to students' learning presence to problem-solving ability.

본 연구는 스트릿댄스 전공 교수자의 교육 전문성이 대학생의 학습실재감과 진로 결정 자기효능감(진로탐색, 문제해결, 진 로결정)에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구 대상은 스트릿댄스를 전공하는 대학생이며, 설문조사는 서울과 경 기, 충남 지역에서 2023년 11월 01일부터 2024년 01월 31일까지 약 90일 간 오프라인 설문조사와 온라인 설문조사를 병행하여 실시하였으며, 총 413명의 표본을 수집하였다. 본 연구의 가설검정은 SPSS, SmartPLS 를 포함한 총 2가지 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였고, 분석결과를 간략히 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. (1) 스트릿댄스 전공 교수자의 교육 전문성은 대학생의 학습실재감에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (2) 스트 릿댄스 전공 교수자의 교육 전문성은 대학생의 진로 결정 자기효능감의 하위요인 중 진로탐색, 진로결정에 통계적으로 유 의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 문제해결에는 통계적 유의성을 나타내지 않았다. (3) 스트릿댄스 전공 대학 생의 학습실재감은 진로결정 자기효능감 모두에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (4) 스트릿댄 스 전공 교수자의 교육 전문성 → 대학생의 학습실재감 → 문제해결의 경로에서 완전 매개효과를 보였다.
