This study conducted surveys on 190 dance major art high school students nationwide from July 15 to August 1, 2023, over approximately two weeks, to elucidate the impact of teaching styles on physical self-concept. The research employed multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 statistical software. The results indicated that subvariables of teaching styles, specifically instructional behaviors, influenced physical self-efficacy negatively, with democratic styles exerting a static influence. Moreover, democratic and authoritarian styles had a static impact on appearance, while authoritarian styles affected health negatively. Instructional behaviors negatively impacted endurance, with democratic styles showing a static influence. Additionally, instructional behaviors affected physical activity statically. Authoritarian styles influenced self-esteem negatively, while democratic styles had a static influence on overall physical aspects. The findings suggest the development of diverse teaching methods for dance instructors and the formulation of educational strategies tailored to the age of dance major students.

본 연구는 교수유형이 신체적자기개념에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 전국에 재학 중인 무용전공 예술고등학 생 190명을 대상으로 2023년 7월 15일부터 8월 1일까지 약 2주에 걸쳐 설문을 실시하였다. 연구방법은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 교수유형의 하위변인인 훈련과지시 행동유형이 신체적유능감에 부적영향을 미쳤고 민주적유형이 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 민주적유 형과 권위적유형이 외모에 정적영향을 미쳤고 권위적유형이 건강에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 훈련 과지시행동유형이 지구력에 부적영향을 미쳤고 민주적유형이 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 훈련과지 시행동유형이 신체활동에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 권위적유형이 자기존중감에 정적영향을 미쳤고 민주적유형이 신체전반에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 무용 분야의 교수자들을 위한 다양한 교수법 개 발, 무용전공 학생들의 연령에 맞는 교육법 개발을 시사점으로 도출했다.
