This study was attempted to identify cooperative self-regulation, cooperative self-efficacy, team efficacy, learning attitude, and academic stress among 132 nursing students in one city, and to determine factors that affect their academic stress. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program and using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression methods. As a result , in Model 1, major satisfaction was a significant factor influencing academic stress and the total explanatory power was 12.2%. In Model 2, learning attitude was a significant factor influencing academic stress and the total explanatory power was 21.4%. Based on the results of this study, it is believed that in order to reduce the academic stress of nursing students who have experienced the post-corona era, it is necessary to develop a program that can increase their satisfaction with their major and influence their learning attitude.

본 연구는 경상북도 P시 간호대학생 132명을 대상으로 협력적 자기조절, 협력적 자기효능감, 팀 효능감, 학습태도, 학업스트레스를 파악하고 이들의 학업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 기술통계방법, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients와 Hierarchical regression 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 학업스트레스는 협력적 자기조절, 협력적 자기효능감, 팀 효능감, 학습태도와 부적상관관계가 있었다. 모델 1에서는 전공만족도가 학업스트레스에 유의한 영 향요인 이었으며 총 설명력은 12.2%였다. 모델 2에서는 학습태도가 학업스트레스에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났 고 총 설명력은 21.4%였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 포스트코로나 시대를 겪은 간호대학생의 학업스트레스를 낮 추기 위해서는 그들의 전공만족도를 높이고, 학습태도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이라 사료된다.
