The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between nursing students' career preparation behaviors, job search stress, and career decision self-efficacy, as well as to explo re the impact of career decision self-efficacy on job search stress. This descriptive and quant itative study aims to investigate the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy when nu rsing students' career preparation behaviors influence job search stress. The study was conducted through a survey administered to 250 graduating nursing studen ts from a university located in G city, J province, from December 4th to 8th, 2023. Data analy sis was performed using SPSS 26.0 software. Simple and multiple regression analyses were c onducted to examine the relationships between career preparation behaviors, job search stress, and career decision self-efficacy. Furthermore, the mediation effect of career decision self-effi cacy was tested using Process Macro Model 4. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, higher levels of career preparation behavio rs among nursing students were associated with decreased job search stress. Secondly, incre ased career preparation behaviors were positively correlated with higher levels of career decis ion self-efficacy among nursing students. Thirdly, higher levels of career decision self-efficac y were associated with decreased job search stress among nursing students. Fourthly, in infl uencing job search stress, career decision self-efficacy appeared to have a greater impact co mpared to career preparation behaviors. Fifthly, when career preparation behaviors influenced job search stress, career decision self-efficacy was found to completely mediate this relations hip. In conclusion, this study provides foundational data for intervention programs addressing st ress related to career preparation and decision-making among graduating nursing students. It suggests the need for strategic interventions targeting career preparation behaviors and career decision self-efficacy to alleviate job search stress. Practical support and coping strategies t ailored to real-life stressors are essential. Additionally, the study recommends both quantitati ve and qualitative research in this area.

본 연구목적은 간호대학생의 진로준비행동이 취업스트레스와 진로결정 자기 효능감에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고 진로결정 자기 효능감이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 간호대 학생의 진로준비행동이 취업스트레스에 영향을 미칠 경우 진로결정 자기 효능감의 매개효과를 검정하 기 위한 서술적 조사·양적연구이다. 본 연구방법은 G도 J시에 소재한 일개 대학교 졸업학년 간호대학생 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 2023년 12월 4일부터 8일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하였고, 진 로준비행동이 취업스트레스와 진로결정 자기 효능감에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고 진로결정 자기 효 능감이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보기 위해 단순·다중 회귀분석(Simple·Multiple regression analysis)과 진로결정 자기 효능감의 매개효과(Mediation Effect)가 나타나는 지를 검정하기 위해 Process Macro Model 4를 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 간호대학생의 진로준비행동이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향관계는 진로준비행동 이 높아질수록 취업스트레스가 감소하였다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 진로준비행동이 진로결정 자기 효능감 에 미치는 영향관계는 진로준비행동이 높아질수록 진로결정 자기 효능감이 증가하였다. 셋째, 간호대학 생의 진로결정 자기 효능감이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향관계는 진로결정 자기 효능감이 높아질수록 취업스트레스가 감소하였다. 넷째, 간호대학생의 진로준비행동과 진로결정 자기 효능감이 취업스트레스 에 미치는 영향관계는 취업스트레스를 줄여주기 위해서는 진로결정 자기 효능감이 진로준비행동에 비 해서 취업스트레스를 감소시키는데 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 간호대학생의 진 로준비행동이 취업스트레스에 영향을 미칠 경우 진로결정 자기 효능감은 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났 다. 본 연구의 결론은 학문적으로 졸업반 간호대학생의 진로준비 및 선택과 관련된 스트레스 상황을 고 려한 중재프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고, 실무적으로 실무적 취업을 준비하는 졸업학년을 대상으로 취업준비에 적용을 위한 전략이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 졸업학년 간호대학생의 취업 스트레스를 감소하기 위한 방안으로 진로준비행동과 진로결정 자기 효능감의 함양을 위한 실천적 지원 방안 및 실제적인 스트레스 상황을 고려한 대처전략이 필요하고, 양적 및 질적 연구를 제언한다.
