On this study, the preservation and disappearance of official documents were discussed. In the Ming Dynasty, strict regulations were formulated for official documents. The document cannot be discarded at will, and must go through procedures such as cancellation and scrolling to exit the administrative system and be archived and saved. This study explores the relevant regulations of the Ming Dynasty regarding the processing and archiving of official documents. Although the Ming Dynasty established strict regulations on the management of official documents, there was a widespread problem of the disappearance of official documents. Through the investigation of the widespread phenomenon, the problem of scattered and lost official documents can be observed.

본문은 명대 공문서의 보존과 散佚에 대해 다루었다. 명대에는 전대의 제도를 이어받아 공문서에 대한 엄격한 규정을 만들었다. 공문서는 마음대로 폐기할 수 없으며 취소, 스크롤 등의 절차를 거쳐 행정 시스템을 종료하고 보존해야 했다. 본논문에서는 먼저 명대 공문서가 어떻게 처리되고 당안으로 변화하는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 당안으로 변화한 문서가 보관되고 그것이 일실되는 문제에 대해서 다루었다. 명은 공문서를 관리하기 위한 엄격한 규정을 마련했지만 당안의 분실이라는 문제가 만연했다. 명대 당안 문서고 문서의 일실은 피할 수 없는 불가피한 문제였다.
