With the 2020 amendment to the Public Records Management Act, the management of administrative information datasets has been formalized. In line with this, records management for major information systems of public institutions is being carried out based on the National Archives of Korea’s Manual for Managing Administrative Information Datasets and the Management Standards for Administrative Information Datasets. As a result of the government's policy initiative for record management of datasets, a system for managing these records is gradually being established. Now, there is a need for a more detailed definition of certain attributes for the actual transfer, appraisal, and disposal from a data-centric perspective. This study aims to identify and collect the datasets subject to records management and propose standards for record’s attributes for the setting the actual disposal unit, starting from the setting of the basic unit for records management unit to the subsequent preservation processes.

2020년 공공기록물법 시행령 개정을 통해 행정정보 데이터세트 전자기록관리가 본격화되면서 국가기록원 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 실행 매뉴얼과 함께 행정정보 데이터세트 관리기준표를 기준으로 공공기관 중요 정보시스템을 대상으로 한 기록관리가 진행되고 있다. 정부의 데이터세트 기록관리를 위한 정책적 주도로 조금씩 데이터세트 기록 관리를 위한 체계가 만들어져 가고 있으며 이제는 좀 더 데이터 관점에서의 실제적인 이관과 평가, 처분을 위해 몇 가지 기록관리를 위한 속성에 대한 구체적인 정의가 필요한 단계이다. 본 연구에서는 기록관리 대상이 되는 데이터 세트를 구체적으로 식별하고 선별하여 후속적인 기록관리 보존처리 업무를 이행할 수 있도록 관리단위 구체화부터 실제적인 처분단위 설정을 위한 기록속성 기준을 제시하고자 한다.
