As society transitions into a super-aged era, the significance of utilizing elderly workforce has come to the forefront, and policies supporting their job-seeking efforts are being advanced. However, due to dispersed information, employment welfare policies are not being utilized effectively, and job search app services remain insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to propose an app service that supports flexible job-seeking activities for the elderly. The literature review analyzed the current job-seeking status of the elderly, app services, and UX/UI design tailored for them. User research was conducted through in-depth interviews with 10 elderly individuals, identifying specific problems and requirements in the job-seeking process via personas and user journey maps. Based on this, flowcharts were developed to extract key functionalities, and a prototype considering elderly-friendly UX/UI was proposed. Additionally, usability evaluations were conducted with a subset of 5 participants from the in-depth interview group. The core services identified include 1)‘Job Matching’, 2)‘Employment Welfare Policy’, 3)‘Communication Space’, 4)‘Mental Health’, and 5)‘Work Evaluation’, totaling five key areas. This research is expected to serve as foundational material for future services assisting the elderly in job-seeking.

초고령화 사회로 진입하면서 고령 인력 활용의 중요 성이 대두되고, 이들의 구직 활동을 지원하는 정책이 추진되고 있다. 그러나 분산된 정보로 인해 고용복지정 책이 적극적으로 활용되지 못하고, 구직 앱 서비스 또 한 미비하다. 이에 본 연구는 고령자를 위한 유연한 구 직 활동을 지원하는 앱 서비스 제안을 목적으로 한다. 문헌 연구는 고령자 구직 현황, 앱 서비스, 이들을 위 한 UX/UI 디자인 중심으로 분석하였다. 사용자 조사는 고령자 10인을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 페르소나 및 사용자 여정 지도를 통해 구직 과정에서 발생하는 구체적인 문제와 요구 사항을 파악하였다. 이 를 바탕으로 플로우차트를 구성하여 주요 핵심 기능을 추출했으며, 고령자 친화 UX/UI를 고려한 프로토타입 을 제안하였다. 또한 심층인터뷰 참가자 중, 5명을 대 상으로 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과 핵심 서비 스는 1)‘일자리 매칭’, 2)‘고용 복지 정책’, 3)‘소통 공 간’, 4)‘마음 건강’, 5)‘근무 평가’ 총 5가지로 정리되었 다. 본 연구가 향후 고령자의 구직을 돕는 서비스의 기 초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.
