In particular, the growth of the community by insiders, formed in the long history of Christianity in India and the changing political and cultural situation, is also an achievement of Indian mission. However, forming partnership between various communities still remains a task. Mission in India were approached in variety ways. Among these methods, the colonial and imperialist missionary methods by missionaries from other cultures are also included. However, some missionaries among them applied missionary methods from an insider's perspective. Additionally, some researchers studied indigenous mission methods by insider. One of the central themes of modern Transforming Mission is partnership in mission. For partner mission, missionaries need to understand the mission methods of various insiders. However, the study of partner missions to overcome the exclusivity between various insidercentered communities is insufficient. If missionaries and various communities have a direction for partner missions to overcome the exclusiveness between communities by understanding and studying the types of insider-centered mission in India, missions will be sustainable. The purpose of this study is to identify the limitations of missionaries who are outsiders and the limitations of insidercentered mission by distinguishing between types of insidercentered mission, and to develop a direction for partner mission to overcome exclusivity between communities. Therefore, this paper first distinguishes between the mission types of missionaries who approached insiders. Second, we distinguish between mission researchers’ insider mission types. Third, from the two types, the insider-centered mission type is broadly divided into three types: invisible community, visible community, and spirit-centered community. The limitation that appears in the insider-centered mission type is the exclusivity between communities. In order to overcome this, missionaries should aim for mission in which insiders are the main players rather than missionaries, and missionaries need direction from the perspective of partner missions. The proposal for this direction is an attitude of incarnational identification from a practical aspect and a broad application of ‘Holy Spirit-centered evangelical ecumenical mission’ from a theological aspect.

오랜 인도 기독교 역사와 변화하는 정치적 문화적 상황에서 형성된 내 부자에 의한 공동체의 성장은 인도 선교의 성과이기도 하다. 그러나 다양 한 공동체 간의 동반자 관계 형성은 아직 과제로 남아 있다. 인도 선교는 다양한 방법으로 접근되었다. 그 방법 중에는 타문화권의 선교사들이 식민 제국주의의 선교 방식을 적용한 것도 포함한다. 그러나 그중 몇몇 선교사 들은 내부자의 관점으로 접근한 선교 방법을 적용하였다. 또한, 어떤 선교 학자들은 내부자에 의한 토착 선교 방식을 연구하였다. 현대 변화하는 선 교의 중심 주제 중 하나는 동반자 선교이다. 동반자 선교를 위해 선교사는 다양한 내부자들에 의한 선교 방식을 이해할 필요가 있다. 그러나 다양한 내부자중심 공동체의 간의 배타성을 극복하기 위한 동반자 선교 연구는 미 비하다. 선교사와 다양한 공동체는 인도 내부자중심 선교 이해하고 그 유 형을 연구함으로써 공동체 간의 배타성을 극복하기 위한 동반자 선교의 방 향성을 갖는다면 지속 가능한 선교가 될 것이다. 이 연구의 목적은 내부자중심 선교 유형의 구분하여 외부자인 선교사 의 한계와 내부자중심 선교의 한계를 밝히고 공동체 간의 배타성을 극복하 기 위한 동반자 선교의 방향성을 갖는 데 있다. 그러므로 본 고는 첫째는 내부자에 접근한 선교사의 선교 유형을 구분한다. 둘째는 선교학자의 내부 자 선교 유형을 구분한다. 셋째는 두 유형으로부터 내부자중심 선교 유형 을 크게 불가시적 공동체, 가시적 공동체, 영 중심 공동체의 세 가지로 구분한다. 내부자중심 선교 유형에서 나타나는 한계는 공동체 간의 배타성이 다. 이것을 극복하기 위해서는 선교사가 주체가 되는 것이 아니라 내부자 가 주체가 되는 선교를 지향하며 선교사는 동반자 선교의 관점에서의 방향 성이 필요하다. 이 방향성을 위한 제안은 실천적인 측면에서 성육신적인 동일화의 자세와 신학적 측면에서 ‘성령 중심의 복음주의적 에큐메니컬 선 교’의 광의적 적용이다.
