With the advancement of artificial intelligence technology, entrepreneurship among gig workers in the gig economy is actively taking place, and there is a need for research on how gig worker entrepreneurship can enhance economic effects and job creation. This paper investigates the impact of entrepreneurship spirit, career orientation, and the affordances of ChatGPT on entrepreneurial intention, along with the mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. For this purpose, gig workers active in the talent market and with experience using ChatGPT were surveyed as research subjects, and a total of 211 responses were utilized as research data. The analysis results confirmed that entrepreneurship spirit, career orientation, and the affordances of ChatGPT all positively influence entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role. This study emphasizes the importance of AI technology education, including ChatGPT, suggesting that such education could positively impact gig workers' entrepreneurial intentions.

인공지능의 기술을 발전으로 긱워커(Gig Worker)의 창업이 활발이 이루어지고 있으며, 긱워커 의 창업이 경제적 효과와 일자리 창출을 향상시키는 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 긱워커 의 기업가정신, 경력지향성, 그리고 ChatGPT의 어포던스를 중심으로 창업의도에 미치는 영향과 창 업자기효능감의 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 온라인 재능마켓 플랫폼에서 활동함과 동시에 ChatGPT활용 경험이 있는 긱워커를 연구 대상으로 온라인 설문하였고, 최종 211부를 연구자료로 활 용하였다. 분석 결과, 기업가정신, 경력지향성, ChatGPT의 어포던스 모두 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향 을 미치며 창업자기효능감이 부분적인 매개 역할을 한다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 ChatGPT를 포함한 인공지능을 활용한 창업의 중요성 및 AI 기술 교육의 필요성을 강조하며 다양한 교육지원이 긱워커들의 창업 의도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다.
