The purpose of this study is to examine research trends on job embeddedness using keyword network analysis. To achieve the purpose of the research, a total of 142 relevant articles published in South Korea until 2023.4.26. were finally selected. Using Excel and NetMiner 4 analyze the research status and network attributes and keyword centrality analysis, the results of the analysis are as follows. First, research on job embeddedness began in 2008, and studies were conducted in various fields such as pedagogy and medicine, and the main subject were nurses and hotel employees. Second, we found the network structural attributes were interconnected, and fewer keyword was isolated. Third, when analyzing degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality, the keyword with the highest centrality was the turnover. Fourth, as a result of sub-group analysis, the number of communities was 6, with high density showing centralization Based on the findings, implications were presented.

본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 국내 학술지를 중심으로 직 무배태성의 연구동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 연도 제한 없이 2023년 4월 26 일까지 ‘직무배태성’ 또는 ‘직무착근도’를 주제어로 검색된 국내 학술지 142편을 중심 으로 연구동향을 분석하였다. Excel 및 NetMiner 4를 활용하여 직무배태성에 관한 연구물의 연구현황과 네트워크의 속성 및 주제어 중심성 분석, 응집 구조를 분석하 였으며, 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무배태성에 관한 국내 학술지 대상 연 구는 2008년 경영학 분야에서 시작되어 교육학, 의약학 등 다양한 분야에서 142편의 연구가 수행되었고, 주된 연구 대상은 간호사, 호텔 종사원 등이었다. 둘째, 직무배태 성 연구의 네트워크 구조적 속성은 상호연결성이 있고, 고립된 키워드가 적게 존재 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무배태성 연구의 키워드 연결중심성, 매개중심성, 근 접중심성을 분석하면, 가장 높은 중심성을 보이는 키워드는 이직의도로 나타났다. 넷 째, 직무배태성 연구의 하위 구조를 분석한 결과 커뮤니티 수는 6개로 나타났으며 밀도가 높아 집중화된 경향을 보였다. 상술한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였다.
