The public data portal is an integrated window that provides public data created, acquired, and managed by public institutions, and citizens can conveniently use public data through the public data portal. Various apps using weather information have been released, and the number of users using them is increasing as the use of smartphones increases. In this study, we aim to develop an app that quickly recommends outdoor activities appropriate for the weather to users planning outdoor activities using weather information. To this end, outdoor activities are classified and stored through various media in advance, and the app screen is designed according to the overall operation flowchart of the outdoor activity recommendation app. The app created through this process can access the public data portal using an authentication key and provide a service that increases satisfaction by recommending appropriate outdoor activities according to weather information based on Open API provided in real time.

공공데이터포털은 공공기관이 생성 또는 취득하여 관리하는 공공데이터를 제공하는 통합 창구로서, 국민들은 공공데이터포털을 통해 편리하게 공공데이터를 이용할 수 있다. 공공데이터 중에서 날씨 정보를 이용한 다양한 앱들이 출시되었고, 이를 활용하는 사용자의 수 는 스마트폰 이용이 늘어날수록 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 날씨 정보를 이용하여 야외활동을 계획하고 있는 사용자에게 신속하고 날씨에 맞는 야외활동을 추천해 주는 앱을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 사전에 다양한 매체를 통해 야외활동을 분류하여 저장하고, 야 외활동 추천 앱의 전체적인 동작 순서도에 따라 앱 화면 디자인을 한다. 이런 과정을 통해 작성된 앱에서 공공데이터포털에 인증키를 사용하여 접속하고, 실시간으로 제공되는 Open API 기반의 날씨 정보에 맞는 적절한 야외활동을 추천함으로써 만족도를 높이는 서비 스를 제공할 수 있다.
