The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of mothers' parenting beliefs on children's creative personality and happiness. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting mothers of 3-5 year old children attending early childhood education institutions in metropolitan city P, and 294 copies were selected for final analysis. A Google questionnaire was used to collect data for this study, and Pearson's product moment correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0 for data processing and analysis. Research results: First, among the mother’s parenting beliefs, promoting problem-solving skills and promoting creative skills were found to have a statistically significant impact on the child’s happiness. Second, among the mother’s parenting beliefs, promoting creative ability was found to have a statistically significant effect on the infant’s sense of happiness. Based on these results, it is suggested that when developing a parent education program to promote children's creative personality and happiness, it is necessary to carefully address content to promote mothers' parenting beliefs.

본 연구는 어머니의 양육신념이 유아의 창의적 인성과 행복감에 미치는 영향을 살펴하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P광역시 소재 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 3-5세 유아의 어머니를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 294부를 최종분석대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집을 위해 구글설문지를 활용하였으며, 자료처리 및 분석 을 위해 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 Pearson의 적률상관분석과 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 어머니의 양육신념 중 문제해결능력 촉진하기와 창의적 능력 촉진하기가 유아의 창의적 인성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 양육신념 중 창의적 능력 촉진하기가 유아의 행복감에 통계적으로 유 의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 유아의 창의적 인성과 행복감 증진을 위한 부모 교육 프로그램 개발 시 어머니의 양육신념을 증진하기 위한 내용을 중요하게 다룰 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
