The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of team project on college students’ changes in self-leadership, self-esteem, and learning self-efficacy. A team is the smallest unit of collaboration that achieves results by setting a common gaol, establishing and implementing a set of given tasks. In universities, team projects help students not only familiarize themselves with the major knowledge of the subject, but also develop the necessary competencies such as problem-solving competencies, collaboration competencies, conflict management competencies, project management competencies, and emotion management competencies. This study measured self-leadership, self-esteem, and self-efficacy at the beginning of the semester (T1) and the end of the semester (T2), respectively, and operatively defined the difference as the improvement of each variable, and used team project performance as treatment. The research results show that the team project has a positive effect on the improvement of college students' self-leadership, self-esteem, and learning self-efficacy. Through the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications were presented, and suggestions for future research were included.

본 연구는 대학생들의 팀 프로젝트 수행이 대학생들의 셀프리더십, 자존감, 학습자기효능감의 변화에 어떠한 영 향을 미치는 지를 검증하였다. 조직 내에서 팀은 주어진 과업에 대해 공동의 목표를 정하고 일정계획을 세우고 실 행하여 성과를 달성하는 최소의 협업 단위이다. 대학교에서 팀 프로젝트는 해당 과목의 전공지식을 숙지하는 것 이 외에 현업에서 필요한 문제해결역량, 협업역량, 갈등관리역량, 프로젝트관리역량, 감정관리역량 등을 개발하기 위해 커리큘럼에 포함된다. 본 연구는 학기초(T1)과 학기말(T2)에 각각 셀프리더십, 자존감, 학습자기효능감를 측정하고 그 차이를 각 변수의 향상도로 조작적 정의하였으며, 팀 프로젝트 수행을 처치(treatment)로 활용하였다. 연구결과를 보면 팀 프로젝트는 대학생들의 셀프리더십, 자존감, 학습자기효능감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 즉, 팀 프로젝트를 수행한 집단은 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 셀프리더십, 자존감, 학습자기효능감이 유의미하게 증가한 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 이론 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 포함 하였다.
