In response to the Chinese government's proactive urbanization policies, academic interest in urban regeneration and gentrification has been growing. Therefore, this study utilizes the CiteSpace software to analyze the research trends in urban regeneration and gentrification in China from 2000 to 2023, as reflected in the literature published in the CNKI database. The analysis encompasses the volume of publications, citations, the collaborative networks of authors and institutions, and keyword networks. The findings reveal that firstly, there has been a significant increase in the volume of literature on this topic since 2010, aligning with the implementation of government policies, indicating its emergence as a core research theme in academia. Secondly, the collaborative networks are predominantly formed around specific research areas and a limited group of researchers. Thirdly, an analysis of high-frequency keywords demonstrates a shift from quantitative to qualitative aspects in urban policies and social demands. This study provides a bibliometric perspective on the research trends in urban regeneration and gentrification within Chinese academia, highlighting the close relation of this research theme to the shifts in government policy and offering foundational data for future research directions.

중국 정부의 적극적인 도시화 정책에 따라 도시재생과 젠트리피케이션에 대한 학계 의 관심이 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 CiteSpace 소프트웨어를 활용하여 2000년부터 2023년까지 CNKI에 발표된 관련 문헌을 추출하여 발표 통계량과 피인용, 연구 저자 및 기관 협력 네트워크, 키워드 네트워크 관점에서 중국 도시재생과 젠트리피케이션 관련 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 첫째, 발표 문헌의 통계량이 중국 정부 정책의 시행 기조에 맞춰 2010년을 기점으로 확연히 증가하고 있으므로 해당 주제 가 학계의 핵심 연구 주제가 되고 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 연구자와 연구 기관의 협력 네트워크가 특정 연구 지역 및 소수의 연구자를 중심으로 형성되어 있음을 발견하였다. 셋째, 키워드 분석에서 추출한 고빈도 키워드들이 양적에서 질적으로 전환되는 도시정 책과 사회적 요구를 반영하여 변화하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 도시재생과 젠트 리피케이션의 중국 학계 연구 동향을 계량서지학적 관점에서 분석함으로써, 동 연구 주제가 중국 정부의 정책 변화와 밀접하게 관련되어 있음을 밝히고 향후 연구 방향에 참고할 만한 기초 자료를 제공한다.
