This study aims to shed light on determinant factors on Technological singularity that reflects on highly advanced Technological environment. It specifically considers factors of usage on unmanned services as independent variables and digital transformation as moderating variable. In terms of results of multiple regression analysis, performance expectancy, social influence, and perceived risk positively affected Technological singularity in Model 1 involving independent variables, and performance expectancy, social influence, and perceived risk positively affect Technological singularity in Model 2 involving independent variables and control variables. In terms of results of moderating effect analysis focusing on moderating variable, digital transformation positively affected Technological singularity in Model 3 involving independent variables, moderating variable and control variables, and digital transformation positively affects Technological singularity; however, interaction term of effort expectancy and digital transformation negatively affected Technological singularity in Model 4 involving independent variables, moderating variable, interaction terms and control variables.

본 연구는, 고도화된 기술환경을 반영하는 기술적 특이점의 수용성에 미치는 요인으로 무인 서비스 이용 요인을 독립변수로, 디지털 전환 인식을 조절변수로 반영하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 독립변수만을 포함한 Model 1, 독립변수와 통제변수를 포함한 Model 2에서 모두 무인 서비스 성과기대, 무인 서비스 사회적 영향, 무인 서비 스 인지된 위험이 기술적 특이점에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 조절회귀분석 결과의 경우 조절변수와 상호 작용을 중심으로 보면, 독립변수, 조절변수, 통제변수가 포함된 Model 3에서는 디지털 전환이 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 독립변수, 조절변수, 상호작용항, 통제변수가 포함된 Model 4에서는 디지털 전환이 유의미한 정(+) 의 영향을 끼친 반면, 상호작용항인 무인 서비스 노력기대와 디지털 전환의 상호작용항은 유의미한 부(-)의 영향 을 끼쳤다. 이에 본 연구는 기술적 특이점 수용성 제고를 위해 무인 서비스에 대한 다양한 관점의 편익을 제시, 소외계층에 대한 무인 서비스 이용 지원, 점진적인 디지털 전환의 추진을 제안하였다.
