This study was conducted to verify the effect of neglectful parenting attitudes perceived by multicultural youth on multicultural acceptance and whether teacher and friendship relationship mediate between them. For this purpose, this study used multicultural youth panel data from the 7th year surveyed and distributed by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. The subjects were high school students, and descriptive statistics and regression analysis were performed using SPSS as an analysis method. The results were as follows. First, the results of the analysis showed that the neglectful parenting attitude perceived by multicultural youth had a negative (-) effect on multicultural acceptance. Second, it was found that teacher relations mediate the neglectful parenting attitude perceived by multicultural youth and multicultural acceptance. Third, it was verified that friendship relationship has the effect of mediating the neglectful parenting attitude perceived by multicultural youth and multicultural acceptance. According to the above findings, this study discussed and suggested ways to improve the level of multicultural acceptance that can be lowered due to neglectful parenting attitudes through the improvement of teacher relations and friendship relationship of multicultural youth.

본 연구는 다문화 청소년이 인지하고 있는 방임적 부모양육태도가 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향과 교사관계 및 교우관계가 이들 간을 매개하는지를 검증하고자 수행하였 다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국청소년정책연구원이 조사·배포한 제7차년도의 다문화 청 소년 패널자료를 사용하였다. 대상자는 고등학생이며, 분석방법은 SPSS를 활용하여 기 술통계와 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 다문화 청소년이 인지한 방임적 부모양육태도는 다문화수용성에 부적(-)인 영향을 나타냈다. 둘째, 교사관계는 다문화 청소년이 인지하고 있는 방임적 부모양육태도와 다문화수용성 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교우관계는 다문화 청소년이 인지하고 있는 방임적 부모양육태도와 다문화수용성 간을 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 이상의 연구결과에 따라, 본 연구에서 는 다문화 청소년의 교사관계와 교우관계의 향상을 통해 방임적 부모의 양육태도로 인해 낮아진 다문화수용성을 향상할 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의 및 제언을 하였다.
