This study aimed to comprehensively examine the factors influencing disaster resilience and the proxy variables used to measure it in domestic research on disaster resilience. The concept of disaster resilience, introduced relatively recently, lacks a standardized definition, with variations in terminology and concepts depending on researchers. Furthermore, researchers employ different variables in their studies, making it challenging to identify commonalities. Since the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction was introduced by the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction in 2015, research on disaster resilience has steadily increased. Therefore, it is crucial to review the factors influencing and measuring disaster resilience comprehensively. In this study, a systematic literature review methodology was employed to search, select, analyze, and present findings from relevant documents published in the domestic context. A total of 3,428 papers were initially searched using various combinations of keywords. Through a five-stage process, 29 papers were ultimately selected for analysis. The results categorized factors influencing disaster resilience into demographic and sociological factors, economic factors, industrial factors, institutional factors, infrastructure factors, physical factors, environmental factors, disaster characteristics, and vulnerability factors. Variables within each category were analyzed by frequency, revealing the most commonly used proxy variables. Regarding the measurement of disaster resilience, 15 out of the 29 selected papers utilized specific variables. The study investigated the methods employed to calculate these variables. This research holds primary significance as the first systematic literature review on the factors influencing and measuring disaster resilience in the domestic context. The findings provide valuable insights for future research on disaster resilience in Korea, offering guidance on selecting more suitable proxy variables aligned with the concept of disaster resilience.

본 연구는 국내에서 진행된 재난회복력에 관한 연구에 있어서 재난회복력에 영향을 미치는 요인과 재난회복력을 측정하는 요인에 있어서 어떤 대리변수를 사용하여 연구를 진행했는지 면밀하게 파악하고자 하였다. 재난회복력이라는 개념이 도입된 지 오래 되지 않아 재난회복력에 대한 명칭과 개념도 연구자에 따라 다르게 정의되고 있으며, 영향을 미치는 요인들 역시 유사하지만 각기 다른 변수들을 사용하여 연구를 진행하고 있는 실정이다. 국제전략사무국이 2015년에 “재난에 강한 도시를 구현하자”라는 슬로 건을 내걸며 센다이 재난위험 경감강령을 제시한 뒤부터 재난회복력에 대한 연구가 지 속적으로 증가하고 있는 만큼 재난회복력에 영향을 미치는 요인과 측정하는 요인에 대 해 종합적으로 검토할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체계적 문헌고찰이라는 연구 방법을 통해 국내에 출간된 재난회복력 관련 문헌을 검색-선정-분석-결과의 순으로 연 구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 검색어를 조합하여 총 3,428건의 논문을 검색하였고 5단계 를 거쳐 최종 29건의 논문이 선정되었다. 연구 결과 재난회복력에 영향을 미치는 요인 을 인구·사회학적 요인, 경제적 요인, 산업적 요인, 제도적 요인, 인프라 요인, 물리적 요인, 환경적요인, 재난특성및 취약성 요인으로범주화하였으며 각요인에 속하는 변수들을 빈도별로 분석하여 가장 많이 사용된 대리변수들을 확인하였다. 또한 재난회복 력 측정 요인과 관련하여 최종적으로 선정된 29건의 논문에서 15편에서 재난회복력을 측정하는 변수가 사용되었으며, 해당 변수가 재난회복력을 측정하기 위해 사용한 산출 법을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 국내에서 진행된 재난회복력 영향 요인 및 측정 요인 에 대한 국내 최초의 문헌 고찰 연구라는 점에 있어서 일차적인 의의가 있으며, 해당 연구 결과가 국내에서 진행될 앞으로의 재난회복력의 연구에 있어 재난회복력의 개념 에 더욱 바람직한 대리변수를 추출하는 것에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다는 것에 그 의의가 있다.
