As the form of the industry changed from vertical structure to horizontal structure, various 'thinking methods' for new creative thinking became important. Design thinking' is a systematic process and results in which the act of executing thoughts and actions in the process of creative thinking is expressed among ordinary people. This study selected 'Alley Restaurant of Jongwon Baek' broadcasted through SBS as the subject of the study. In order to analyze alley restaurants as 'design thinking', it was analyzed by dividing them into four stages according to the Design Thinking methodology: understanding, observation, analysis, thinking, manufacturing, and growth. Creative ideas are needed to solve the problems you yourself have identified, and 'design thinking' is repetitive. Efficient manpower allocation and time are invested in labor, and verification through 'implementation and organizational learning', that is, Prototype production is required. Design Thinking presents creative problem solving. It is important to learn clearly in 'design thinking'. It is necessary to present our own 'thinking method' through continuous research on 'design thinking'.

산업의 형태가 수직적 구조에서 수평적 구조로 변화하면서 새로운 창조적 생각을 위한 다양한 ‘사고 방 법’을 중요시하게 되었다. ‘디자인 사고’는 창의적 사고과정에서 생각과 행동을 실행하는 행위가 일반 사람들 사이 에 발현되는 과정과 결과를 체계적으로 만든 것이다. 본 연구는 SBS를 통해 방송된 ‘백종원의 골목식당’을 연구대 상으로 선정하였다. 골목식당을 ‘디자인 사고’로 분석하기 위하여 Design Thinking 방법론에 따라 이해하기 및 관 찰하기와 분석하기, 발상하기, 제작하기와 성장하기의 4단계로 나누어 분석하였다. 본인이 직접 파악한 문제점을 해결할 창의적 발상이 필요하며, ‘디자인 사고’는 반복이다. 노동에도 효율적인 인력 배치와 시간이 투입되는 것이 며, ‘구현과 조직학습’ 즉 Prototype 제작을 통한 검증이 필요한 것이다. 이를 위하여 Design Thinking은 창조적 문제해결을 제시하고 있다. ‘디자인 사고’는 명확하게 학습함이 중요하다. ‘디자인 사고’의 지속적인 연구를 통해서 우리만의 ‘사고방법’에 관한 제시가 필요하다.
