This study attempted to investigate the influence of empowerment on job performance according to self-efficacy against beauty workers. For this, a survey was performed against cosmetologists in Gyeongsangnam-do and Busan from April 10, 2023, through May 20, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0, and the results found the following: In terms of the influence of empowerment on self-efficacy and job performance and self-efficacy on job performance, positive effects with statistical significance were observed, confirming the mediating effects of self-efficacy. Therefore, the importance of job-related empowerment was proved for customer-contact beauty employees. This study aimed to secure professional human resources with high self-efficacy through leisure, self-development, and active time sharing. It is anticipated that personal development and business growth will continue by deriving job performance after enhancing self-efficacy by introducing a well-organized empowerment system and elastic time sharing for work and leisure.

摘要:本研究旨在于通过特定美容师的调查, 研究分析其授权能力对自我效能感相关工作绩 效的影响, 培养建构能够有效分配时间, 平衡休闲生活与自我发展的专业化人力资源. 本研 究分析采用SPSS v.25.0统计软件, 可信度可行性验证采用Cronbach’s α系数计算, 并实施了 技术统计, 相关分析, 参数回归分析, 研究结果表明, 美容师的授权能力对自我效能感, 工 作绩效的影响, 以及自我效能感对工作绩效的影响, 都与工作绩效具有积极(+)影响. 授权 能力对工作绩效而言, 自我效能感提供了其媒介条件. 因此, 对于与顾客直接接触的美容师 而言, 其职务相关的授权能力重要性得到了充分证明. 本研究期望未来通过引入系统化的授 权能力, 工作与休闲的弹性时间分配方式, 提高自我效能感与工作绩效, 实现个人和企业的 可持续发展.
