This study analyzed the sociodemographic characteristics of the subjective health perception of married immigrant mothers in Korea and the differences between ‘experience of discrimination’, ‘self-esteem’, and ‘parental efficacy.’The analysis method was cross-tabulation and logistic regression analysis, and the statistical program used was SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the Subjective Health Perception of the foreign mothers in Korea tended to be less healthy as their age increased. On the other hand, the absence of 'Discrimination Experience' and high levels of 'Self-Esteem' and 'Parental Effectiveness' tended to be perceived as healthy. In light of these results, it is imperative to recommend the development of health education and support programs aimed at improving the subjective health perception of migrant mothers. These educational support programs should be tailored to different age groups and encompass content that enhances the self-esteem and parental efficacy of migrant women and foreign mothers. Such health education programs are anticipated to contribute to a more thoughtful consideration of their subjective health awareness.

본 연구는 국내 결혼이주여성 어머니의 주관적 건강인식에 대한 인구사회학적 특성과 ‘차별경 험’,‘자아존중감',‘부모효능감' 과의 차이를 분석한 것이다. 분석방법은 교차분석과 로지스틱 회귀분 석을 하였으며, 통계 프로그램은 SPSS 26.0을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 외국인 어머니의 주관적 건강인식은 연령이 증가할수록 건강하지 않다고 인식하는 경향이었다. 반면 ‘차별경험'이 없는 경우와 ‘자아존중 감' 및 ‘부모효능감'이 높을수록 건강하다고 인식하는 경향이 나타났다. 따라서 결혼이주여성 어머니를 대상으로 주관적 건강인식을 개선하는 건강보건교육 및 지원 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 이러한 연구 결 과에 따라 향후 결혼이주여성 어머니를 대상으로 한 주관적 건강인식 개선을 위한 건강보건교육 및 지원 프로그램 개발이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 교육지원 프로그램은 연령에 맞게 제공되어야 하며, 결혼이주 여성, 외국인 어머니들의 '자아존중감' 및 '부모효능감'을 강화하는 내용으로 구성되어야 할 것이다. 이러 한 건강보건 교육 프로그램은 주관적 건강인식 수준을 높이는 효과를 높이는데 기여하게 될 것이다.
