The aim of this study was to verify the mediating effect of achievement goals in the relationship between the perfectionism and doping intention of athletes with disabilities and to analyze the structural influence relationship between variables. Athletes with disabilities nationwide registered in the Korea Sports Association for the Disabled were selected as the subjects of the study. In addition, 280 athletes with disabilities participating in the National Para Gameswere targeted using convenience sampling. SPSS 26.0 and Amos 26.0 programs were used to analyze the collected data, and the results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between perfectionism and achievement goals, self-oriented, others-oriented, and socially prescribed, sub-variables of perfectionism, had a significant effect on ego-orientation, which was sub-variables of achievement goals, and self-oriented had a significant effect on task-orientation. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship between achievement goals and doping intention, it was found that ego-orientation had no significant effect on doping intention, but task-orientation had a significant effect on doping intention. Third, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of achievement goals in the relationship between perfectionism and doping intention, it was found that only task-orientation mediates the relationship between self-oriented and doping intention.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 엘리트 선수의 완벽주의성향과 도핑의도의 관계에서 성취목표의 매개효과를 검증하고 변인간의 구조적 영향관계를 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 대상자는 대한장애인체육회에 등록되어 있는 전국의 장애인 엘리 트 선수들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 또한 편의표본추출방법(convenience sampling)을 이용하여 장애인전국체전에 참여하는 장애인 엘리트 선수 280명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위하여 SPSS 26.0 program과 Amos 26.0 program을 사용하였으며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 완벽주의성향과 성취목표의 관계를 분석한 결과 완벽 주의성향의 하위변인인 자기지향, 타인지향, 사회부과가 성취목표의 하위변인인 자아목표성향에 유의미한 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났으며 과제목표성향에는 자기지향이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표와 도핑의 도의 관계를 분석한 결과 자아목표성향은 도핑의도에 유의미한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났지만 과제목표성향은 도핑의 도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 완벽주의성향과 도핑의도의 관계에서 성취목표의 매개효과를 분석 한 결과 과제목표성향만이 자기지향과 도핑의도의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
