The purpose of this study is to identify the public's perception of Freestyle Poomsae using text mining and to provide fundamental data for the development of the Taekwondo industry. For this purpose, we selected a total of four years as the study period: before the 2018 Jakarta-Palembang Asian Games, from August 1, 2016, to July 31, 2018, and after the Games, from August 1, 2018, to July 31, 2020. The 'Freestyle Poomsae' selected chosen to collect big data through the collection channels of Naver and Daum. The study utilized the social network analysis software programs Textom and Ucinet 6.0 to conduct frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, centrality analysis, semantic network analysis, and CONCOR analysis. As a result of the analysis conducted prior to the Asian Games, five clusters were identified: Freestyle Poomsae components, competition events and divisions, Taekwondo competition events, countries participating in Freestyle Poomsae competitions, and the first competition after the adoption of Poomsae at the Asian Games. After the Asian Games, five clusters were formed: participant performance, events similar to Freestyle Poomsae, competition events, Asian Games participation, and the 2018 Taipei World Taekwondo Freestyle Championships. Based on these findings, we were able to identify the public's perceptions and reactions to Freestyle Poomsae and provide recommendations for the Freestyle Poomsae market.

본 연구는 텍스트마이닝을 활용하여 자유품새에 대한 대중들의 인식을 파악하고 태권도 산업의 발전에 기초 자료 를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018 자카르타‧팔렘방 아시안게임 경기 이전인 2016년 8월 1일부터 2018년 7월 31일까지, 경기 이후인 2018년 8월 1일부터 2020년 7월 31일까지 총 4년을 연구대상 기간으로 선정하였으며, ‘자유 품새’로 키워드를 선정하여 네이버(Naver)와 다음(Daum)의 수집채널을 통해 빅데이터 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구에 서는 소셜 매트릭스 프로그램인 Textom과 Ucinet 6.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, TF-IDF, 연결중심성 분석, 의미연결망 분석, CONCOR 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 아시안게임 이전에는 자유품새 구성요소, 경기 종목 및 부별 부문, 태권도 경연 종목, 자유품새 우수선수, 아시안게임 품새종목 첫 경기 등의 5개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 아시안게임 이후에는 대 회 참가자 성적, 자유품새 유사 종목, 경기 종목, 아시안게임 참가, 2018 타이베이 세계태권도품새선수권대회의 5개 군집 이 형성되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 자유품새에 대한 대중들의 인식과 반응을 파악할 수 있었으며 자유품새 시장 과 관련한 시사점 및 제언을 제시하였다.
