The purpose of this study is to analyze the health promotion needs of people with physical disabilities. The research participants selected the physically handicapped as the population, and the research subjects were selected through the snowball extraction method, and data were collected through a total of 15 research participants. Data analysis was conducted through the Haddon matrix method and the time-centered matrix method. The derived results are as follows. First, for the efforts of the person concerned throughout the entire life cycle, there were differences according to outdoor activities immediately after occurrence, awareness improvement after occurrence, health checkup support immediately after occurrence, and life cycle after occurrence. The level of demand for the physical environment was indicated by the facility mark for the disabled both immediately after and after the occurrence. As for the degree of demand for related policies, the service to be visited was found to be the most important immediately after the occurrence. Second, according to the life cycle, information was provided in the youth, facilities for the disabled were indicated in the middle and old age, and welfare centers were narrowed in the elderly. Based on these results, it is meaningful to provide basic data for future policy establishment for the disabled.

이 연구에서는 지체장애인의 건강증진 요구도를 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구참여자는 지체장애인을 모 집단으로 선정하고, 눈덩어리 추출법을 통해 연구대상자를 선정하여 총 15명의 연구참여자를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 해던매트릭스 기법과 시간 중심 매트릭스 기법을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전 생애주기를 통틀어 당사자의 노력에 대해서는 발생 직후는 야외활동, 발생 이후는 인식개선, 주요기관에 대한 요구도 는 발생 직후는 건강검진 지원, 발생이후는 생애주기별에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 물리적 환경에 대한 요구도는 발생 직후 와 이후 모두 장애인 시설표기로 나타났다. 관련정책에 관한 요구도는 발생 직후는 찾아오는 서비스가 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생애주기별에 따라 청년기는 정보제공, 중장년기는 장애인 시설 표기, 노년기는 복지관 협소화로 나타났 다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 장애인 정책수립에 기초자료로 제공하는데 의의가 있다.
