This study was conducted with the aim of providing basic data to help establish an efficient operation strategy for domestic golf resorts in the context of an endemic by identifying the structural relationship between golf resort's service recovery efforts, ash satisfaction, trust, and conversion intention. To this end, a survey was conducted on 250 users who had directly complained to golf courses and resorts among golf course and resort users from May 11 to July 28, 2023 at six golf courses located in Gyeonggi-do, and 228 of them were used for the final analysis. First, it was found that golf resort's service recovery efforts had a positive effect on recovery satisfaction. Second, it was found that the golf resort's service recovery efforts had a positive effect on trust. Third, recovery satisfaction was found to have a negative effect on conversion intention. Fourth, trust was found to have a negative effect on conversion intention. With golf course users declining, strategic measures for recovering relationships should be sought for dissatisfied customers for efficient operation and sustainable operation of golf resorts.

이 연구는 골프리조트의 서비스회복노력, 회목만족, 신뢰 및 전환의도의 구조적관계를 규명하여 엔데믹 상황에서 국내 골프리조트의 효율적인 운영전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 연구를 진행 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 소재하고 있는 골프장 6개소에 2023년 5월 11일 부터 7월 28일까지 골프장 및 리조트 이용객 중 골프장 및 리조트에 불만을 직접적으로 제기한 적이 있는 이용객 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이 중 228부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 첫째, 골프리조트의 서비스회복노력은 회복만족에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 골프리조트의 서비스회복노력은 신뢰에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 회복만족은 전환의도에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신뢰는 전환의도에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 골프장이용객이 감소하고 있는 상황에서 골프리조트의 효율적인 운영과 지속가능한 운영을 위해 불만고객을 대상으로 관계회복을 위한 전략적인 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.
