The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among marine sports education satisfaction, leisure immersion, and school life satisfaction of cadets. To this end, a sample was extracted using the convenience sampling method as a population of cadets attending the Naval Academy in 2023, and a total of 341 data were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, confirmation factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted using the statistical programs SPSS 21 and Amos 21, and the results derived are as follows. First, it was discovered that cadets' satisfaction with marine sports education had a significant impact on leisure immersion. Second, it was discovered that cadets' satisfaction with marine sports education had a significant impact on school life satisfaction. Third, it was found that the leisure immersion of cadets had a significant effect on school life satisfaction.

이 연구는 사관생도의 해양체육 교육만족도와 여가몰입 및 학교생활 만족도의 관계를 구명하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2023년 해군사관학교에 재학 중인 사관생도를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였으며, 최종 분석에 총 341명의 자료를 사용하였다. 연구목적에 따라 통계프로그램인 SPSS 21와 Amos 21을 이용하여 빈도분 석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였으며, 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사관생도 의 해양스포츠 교육만족도는 여가몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사관생도의 해양스포츠 교육만족 도는 학교생활 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사관생도의 여가몰입은 학교생활 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
