This paper is a comparative analysis of the Korean classical novel collection script Jangseogak-bon and the representative work of Chinese Genius And Beauty Novels . So far, there have not been many studies related to Jangseogak-bon , and there has been no clear investigation into the novel.this novel tells typical stories of female heroes and focuses on the relationship between male and female protagonists. However, this kind of marriage talk has a considerable similarity to the Chinese Genius And Beauty Novels . Therefore, this study reveals the similarity between the two works, and discusses the influence relationship on this basis. And it confirms the similar facts in narrative development and character description. On the contrary, the difference especially the depiction of the heroine and heroine in is worthy of attention. it can be known that is a work created according to the narrative tradition of Korean novels on the premise of its relationship with . The results of the comparative study of and can observe the spread, acceptance and individual transformation of culture, which has the main enlightening significance. In addition, this paper introduces the Chinese novel ,which is valuable in expanding the field of research.

본고는 한국 고전소설인 장서각본 <금환기봉(金環奇逢)>과 중국 재자가인소설의 대표적 작품인 <정정인(定情人)>을 비교 분석한 연구물이다. 장서각본 <금환기봉>은 학계에 보고된 바 있는 여성영웅소설 <김희경전>의 이본이다. 지금까지 <금환기봉>의 관련 연구는 그리 많 지 않은데 그 소설에 관한 사항들이 확실히 규명된 적이 없었다. 그 소설은 <김희경전>의 여 러 이본과는 달리 여성영웅소설의 전형적인 이야기를 담으면서 남녀주인공의 결연담에 더 초 점을 맞추고 있다. 그리고 그 결연담은 중국의 재자가인소설인 <정정인>과 상당한 유사성을 보인다. 따라서 본 연구는 두 작품의 유사성을 밝히고 이를 토대로 영향 관계를 검토했다. 그리고 서사 전개와 인물 설정에 있어서 비슷하다는 사실을 확인했다. 반면에, 두 작품의 차이점도 보인다. 특히 <금환기봉>에서 남녀주인공의 영웅성을 부각한 내용에 주목할 필요가 있다. 결국 <금환기봉>은 <정정인>과의 관련 속에서 조선의 서사 전통 에 맞게 창작된 작품이라고 판단하였다. <금환기봉>과 <정정인>의 비교연구 결과는 문화의 전파와 수용 그리고 독자적 변용한 일 양상을 살피는데, 주요한 시사점을 줄 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 또한 이 논문을 통해 중국 재자가인소설인 <정정인>이 소개되어 연구의 지평이 다소 넓어졌다는 점도 가치가 있다.
