“Literature and Art” is a specialized journal. It has made great efforts to create and criticize Korean-Chinese literature and art for 28 years from 1980 to 2008. Therefore, literary criticism published in this article is a representative achievement of Korean-Chinese literary criticism, and research on this is given a certain value to the study of the history of Chinese minority literature after reform and opening and the study of Korean diaspora literature after Korea-China diplomatic relations. In Korean-Chinese poetry criticism, the 1980s was a time to establish oneself through reality criticism and self-reflection of creation, and the 1990s was a time to seek and establish its own development direction under the influence of Korean-Chinese diplomatic relations, and the 2000s was a time to seek alternatives and establish national identity while both creation and criticism faced a crisis. By this time, Chinese Koreans were a diaspora community, raising their status. The current Korean-Chinese poetry creation and its criticism are not balanced. At this point, it is urgent to prepare alternatives for the existence of Korean-Chinese literary creation and literary criticism in the 21st century.

『문학과 예술』은 중국조선족 문학예술에 대한 이론적 조명과 비평을 위한 전문지로서 1980년부터 2008까지 28년 동안 중국조선족 문학예술창작과 비평을 위해 각고의 노력을 기 울였는 바 이는 국내외에 조선족의 역사와 문화를 바르게 알리고 조선족 문화유산의 발굴, 보전과 계승에 있어 중요한 자료로 되며 조선족 문학예술발전사의 업적으로 된다. 따라서 이 에 실린 문학비평은 조선족 문학비평의 대표적 성과로 되며 이에 대한 연구는 개혁개방 이후 중국 소수민족 문학 사료 정리 연구 및 한중수교 이후 코리안 디아스포라 문학 연구에 일정한 가치 부여가 된다. 중국조선족 시문학비평에 있어 1980년대는 창작에 대한 현실비판과 자아반성을 통해 자신 을 정립해 나가는 시기였고 1990년대는 한중수교의 영향 하에서 자체로 발전방향을 모색하고 입지를 다지는 시기였으며 2000년대는 창작과 비평 모두 위기에 직면하면서 그에 대한 대안 을 강구하고 민족 정체성을 확립하는 시기였는 바 이 시기에 이르러 중국조선족은 디아스포 라 공동체라는 결론을 내리면서 그 위상을 높였다. 그 어느 시기를 막론하고 창작과 비평은 마땅히 동시에 진행되어야 하는데 현재의 조선족 시창작과 그 비평은 균형을 이루지 못하고 있다. 이 시점에서 21세기 조선족 문학창작과 문학 비평을 위한 대안마련이 시급하다.
