This study was conducted to understand the relationship between perceived academic achievement, class satisfaction, and learning commitment of nursing college students who experienced both non-face-to-face classes and face-to-face classes post COVID-19. In this study, an online survey of 2nd to 4th year university students enrolled in the nursing departments of nine universities in the D region was conducted between November 3, 2022 to November 23, 2022. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, a positive correlation was shown between perceived academic achievement and class satisfaction of nursing students (r=.78, p<.001), perceived academic achievement and learning commitment (r=.53, p<.001), and class satisfaction and immersion in learning (r=.61, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, we intend to expand our understanding of nursing education to improve the academic achievement of nursing students and to provide basic data for continued research on effective learning methods for nursing students.

본 연구는 포스트 코로나19로 인해 비대면 수업과 대면 수업을 경험한 간호대학생의 인지된 학업성취도, 수업만족도 및 학습몰입과의 관계를 파악하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 D 지역 9개 대학교의 간호학과에 재학 중인 2~4학년 학생을 대상으로 2022년 11월 3일부터 2022년 11월 23일까지 온라인을 통한 설문을 진행하였 다. 통계분석은 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생의 인지된 학업성취도와 수업만족도 (r=.78, p<.001), 인지된 학업성취도와 학습몰입(r=.53, p<.001), 수업만족도와 학습몰입(r=.61, p<.001)은 모두 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호교육의 학업성취도 향상을 위한 이해를 확장하고, 간호대학생의 효과적인 학습 방법에 대한 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
