At the heart of Reformed theology is the Word of God. And at the center of this Word is the preaching. And the Korean church follows this Reformed tradition and thinks it is well established. But ironically, the crisis in the Korean church is a crisis of preaching, which means that the Word is not working properly. This paper starts from this sense of crisis and proposes preaching as an alternative to the crisis of preaching. The alternative is 'experiential preaching'. Experiential preaching is the integration of intellect and heart in preaching. Through such an integrated sermon, I propose a sermon that moves the hearts of the audience. And the kingdom of God is at the center of experiential preaching. The kingdom of God is seen as what the preacher wants to convey and what the audience needs to experience. The preacher should be able to experience the kingdom of God and invite the audience to experience the kingdom of God through the word. And when the audience experiences the kingdom of God, they can move on to a life of applying the kingdom of God. The result is not just in the lives of individuals, but in the ethics of citizens of the kingdom beyond the community of faith. To achieve these results, The preacher will be the one who makes the experienced Word experiential, not a technician.

개혁주의의 핵심은 ‘하나님의 말씀’이다. 그리고 이 말씀의 중심에는 ‘설교’가 크게 자리 잡고 있다. 그리고 한국교회는 이러한 개혁주의 전통을 따르고 있고 개혁주의가 잘 자리 잡고 있다고 생각한다. 그러나 아이러니하게 한국교회의 위기는 설교의 위기고 이는 ‘말씀’이 바르게 작동하지 않고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논고는 이러한 위기의식에서 출발한다. 그리고 설교의 위기에 대한 대안으로 설교를 제안한 다. 그 대안으로 제시되는 설교가 ‘체험적 설교’이다. 체험적 설교는 설교에서 지성과 마음을 통 합한 것이다. 그리고 이러한 통합적인 설교를 통해 청중의 마음을 움직이는 설교를 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 체험적 설교 중심에 ‘하나님 나라’가 있다. 말씀에서 전하고 싶은 바와 청중이 체험되어 야 하는 것을 ‘하나님 나라’로 보았다. 설교자가 하나님 나라를 체험하고 체험한 하나님 나라를 청중들이 체험할 수 있도록 말씀으로 초청할 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 하나님 나라를 청중이 체험 하면 하나님 나라를 적용하는 삶으로 나아갈 수 있다. 그 결과는 개인의 삶에만 나타나는 것이 아니라 신앙 공동체를 넘어 하나님 나라 시민의 윤리로 드러난다. 이러한 결과를 얻기 위해 설교 자는 기술자가 아닌 체험한 말씀을 체험케 하는 자가 되어야 할 것이다.
