This study was verified through empirical analysis to examine the influence of online service quality of delivery apps and consumer price sensitivity on the intention to continue to use. Data collection was conducted from July 18 to July 30, 2023, and 270 questionnaires of the questionnaire were distributed, of which 247 valid questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding questionnaires that responded insincerely or did not meet the purpose of the study. The analysis results are as follows. It was found that convenience and enjoyment among the online service quality of delivery applications had a significant effect on the intention to continue to use. On the other hand, it was found that security did not significantly affect the intention to continue to use. In addition, it was found that the price sensitivity of consumers had a significant effect on the intention to continue to use. Based on the results of this study, restaurant companies using the delivery app platform will be able to provide basic data for the establishment of efficient marketing strategies for the continuous use of consumers.

본 연구는 배달 앱의 온라인 서비스 품질과 소비자의 가격 민감도가 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 실증분석을 통해 검증하였다. 자료수집은 2023년 7월 18일부터 7월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문지는 270부를 배포하였으며 이 중 불성실하게 응답했거나 연구목적에 부합하지 않는 설문지를 제외한 유효한 자료 247부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 배달 앱의 온라인 서비스 품질 중 편리성, 즐거움이 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 보안성은 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 소비자의 가격 민감도는 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 배달 앱 플랫폼을 사용하는 외식업체는 소비자들의 지속적인 사용의도를 위한 효율적인 마케팅 전략 수립에 기초자 료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
