The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of dietary self-efficacy on cookbang YouTube involvement and dietary changes based on previous studies and verify them through empirical analysis. The analysis results are summarized as follows. For this study, the data collection was conducted from June 9 to June 20, 2023, on adult men and women in Seoul, Chungnam, and Jeonnam who had watched the Cookbang YouTube food program. Sampling was conducted by the convenience sampling method, and 300 of the questionnaire were distributed, of which a total of 264 questionnaires were used for this analysis, excluding the questionnaire that responded insincerely. The analysis results are as follows. First, food selection, daily eating habits, and negative emotional states were found to have a significant effect on cookbang YouTube involvement. Second, cookbang YouTube involvement was found to have a significant effect on dietary changes. The results of this study will provide basic data for cooking program producers to develop content by recognizing changes in dietary habits according to viewers' involvement in the cookbang YouTube cooking program according to their dietary self-efficacy.

본 연구의 목적은 선행연구를 바탕으로 식이자아효능감이 쿡방 유튜브 관여도 및 식생활 변화에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고 실증분석을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구를 위해 표본자료의 수집은 2023년 6월 9일부터 6월 20일까지 쿡방 유튜브 음식 프로그램을 시청해 본 경험이 있는 서울, 충남, 전남 지역의 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 표본추출은 편의표본추출법에 의해 실시되었으며, 설문지는 300부를 배포하였으며, 이 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지를 제외한 총 264부를 본 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음식선택, 일상적 식습관, 부정적 감정상태 순으로 쿡방 유튜브 관여도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 쿡방 유튜브 관여도는 식생활 변화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 시청자들의 식이자아효능감에 따른 쿡방 유튜브 요리 프로그램 관여도에 따라 식생활 변화를 인지함으로써 요리 프로그램 제작자가 콘텐츠를 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공할 것이다.
