In contemporary society, green infrastructure, particularly cultural and artistic activities in urban spaces such as city parks, plays a crucial role in the cultural development of cities. Within this context, researching the willingness of residents of Taizhou, China, to pay for cultural and artistic services in Funhoo Park is considered a highly meaningful approach. This study utilized the Contingent Valuation Method to analyze the residents' willingness to pay for cultural and artistic services in Funhoo Park and to estimate the economic value of these cultural and artistic services. Summarizing the research results, first, 78.1% of the respondents expressed their willingness to pay for cultural and artistic services within the park, with an average annual entrance fee of 132.91 yuan per person. Secondly, males exhibited a higher willingness to pay compared to females, and factors such as personal income, frequency of park visits, place attachment, cultural and artistic experience, and awareness of cultural benefits had a positive impact on willingness to pay. It was confirmed that citizens' payment behavior is influenced not only by economic factors such as income but also by non-economic factors such as the frequency of park and cultural activities' visits and awareness. Thirdly, respondents living closer to the park tended to be willing to pay higher amounts, and income and payment probability had a significant positive impact on the payment amount. Fourthly, the annual total economic value of cultural and artistic services in Funhoo Park in Taizhou City was approximately 411 million yuan, accounting for about 0.07% of the city's GDP. Based on these research findings, it is deemed that policy recommendations to support cultural and artistic activities within urban green infrastructure can be provided, serving as essential foundational data for future cultural city development strategies.

현대사회에서 녹색 인프라, 특히 도시공원과 같은 공간에서의 문화예술 활동은 도시의 문화적 발전에 중요한 역 할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 중국 타이위안시의 펀허공원 문화예술 서비스에 대한 주민들의 지불의사를 연 구하는 것은 매우 의미있는 접근이라 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 가상가치평가법(Contingent Valuation Method)을 사용 하여 중국 타이위안시 주민들의 펀허공원 문화예술 서비스에 대한 지불의사와 영향 요인을 분석하고 이러한 문화예 술 서비스의 경제적 가치를 추정하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 응답자의 78.1%가 공원 내 문화예술 서비스에 대해 지불할 의사가 있으며 1인당 연 간 입장료는 132.91위안을 지불할 의사가 있었다. 둘째, 남성은 여성에 비해 높은 지불의사를 보였으며, 개인 소득, 공원 방문 빈도, 장소애착, 문화예술 경험 및 문화적 이익에 대한 인식이 지불의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 시민의 지불행위는 단순히 경제적 요인으로써 소득수준뿐만 아니라 공원과 문화예술 활동의 방문 빈도, 인식도 등 비경제적 요인의 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 공원과의 거리가 가까운 응답자일수록 높은 금액을 지불하고자 하는 경향을 보였으며, 소득과 지불확률이 지불금액에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 타이위 안시 펀허공원의 문화예술서비스 연간 총 경제가치는 약 4.11억 위안으로 도시 GDP의 약 0.07%를 차지하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 도시 녹색 인프라 내에서 문화예술 활동을 지원 하기 위한 정책 방안을 제시하여 향후 문화도시 발전전략의 중요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.
