This study is a descriptive research study to identify the degree of grit, career decision-making self-efficacy, career preparation behavior in nursing students, and to identify factors influencing career preparation behavior. Data collection was conducted online from 200 nursing students. Data analysis was performed using t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, the mean scores were as follows: career decision-making self-efficacy, 3.68±0.49; grit, 3.07±0.49; career preparation behavior, 3.62±0.51. Career preparation behavior was found to have significant positive with career decision-making self-efficacy(r=.674, p<.001), grit(r=.505, p<.001). The factors influencing career preparation behavior of nursing students were career decision-making self-efficacy(β=.465, p<.001), grit(β =.182, p<.05), experience of career program(β=-.158, p<.05), major satisfaction(β=-.144, p<.05) and the explanatory power was 53.1%(F=31.017, p<.001). Therefore, in order to promote nursing students' career preparation behavior, active support is needed to enhance grit and career decision-making self-efficacy, as well as experience participating in career programs and satisfaction with the major.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 그릿과 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서 술적 조사연구이다. 2021년 8월 2일부터 8월 9일까지 간호대학생 200명을 대상으로 온라인 자료수집을 실시하였 다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 주요 변 수의 평균 점수는 다음과 같다: 그릿 3.07±0.49점, 진로결정 자기효능감 3.68±0.49점, 진로준비행동 3.62±0.51점. 진 로준비행동은 진로결정 자기효능감(r=.674, p<.001), 그릿(r=.505, p<.001)과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 간호 대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로결정 자기효능감(β=.465, p<.001), 그릿(β=.182, p<.05), 진로 프로그램 참여 경험(β=-.158, p<.05), 전공 만족도(β=-.144, p<.05)였으며, 설명력은 53.1%로 나타났다(F=31.017, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 그릿과 진로결정 자기효능감을 증진시키고 진로 프로그램 참여 경험과 전공 만족도를 높일 수 있는 적극적인 지원이 필요하다.
