The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends in domestic research related to child caregiver from the first study published in 2011 to 2023. Based on the analysis results, we aim to provide foundational information for future research directions in the field of child caregiver. To achieve this, we conducted keyword searches on paper search sites using keywords such as ‘child caregiving’, ‘child caregiver’, ‘caregiver’ and ‘childcare service’. We then selected 19 master’s and doctoral theses and 29 academic journal articles that align with the purpose of this study and analyzed them by year, research method, and research topic. In terms of the annual analysis, the results showed the following distribution of publications: 8 studies each in 2016 and 2017(16.7%), 5 studies in 2019(10.4%), 4 studies each in 2012, 2015, and 2020(8.3%), 3 studies each in 2014, 2018, and 2022(6.3%), 2 studies each in 2011 and 2021(4.2%), and 1 study each in 2013 and 2023(2.1%). Regarding the analysis of research methods, quantitative research accounted for 35 studies(72.9%) of the total, qualitative research for 9 studies(18.8%), and literature reviews for 4 studies(8.3%). There were no mixed-method studies. The analysis of research topics revealed the following order: 14 studies(29.2%) on job satisfaction, combined with 4 studies(8.3%) other than job satisfaction, totaling 18 studies(37.5%) related to job aspects, 6 studies(12.5%) each on individual characteristics and other research categories, 5 studies(10.4%) each on experiences, worker identity and caregiving quality, and 3 studies(6.3%) on safety behavior.

본 연구의 목적은 아이돌보미 관련 첫 연구가 발표된 2011부터 2023년까지의 국내 연구의 동향을 분석하는 것이며, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 아이돌보미 관련 연구 방 향에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 논문 검색 사이트를 통해 ‘아이돌봄’, ‘아 이돌보미’, ‘돌보미’, ‘아이돌봄서비스’ 등의 키워드를 검색하였으며, 본 연구의 목적에 부합하는 석·박사학위 논문 19편과 학술지 논문 29편을 대상으로 연도별, 연구 방법별, 연구주제별로 분석하였다. 연도별 분석 결과 2016년, 2017년에 각 8편(16.7%), 2019년 에 5편(10.4%), 2012년, 2015년, 2020년에 각 4편(8.3%), 2014년, 2018년, 2022년에 각 3편(6.3%), 2011년, 2021년에 각 2편(4.2%), 2013년, 2023년 1편(2.1%) 등의 순서 로 나타났다. 연구 방법 분석 결과 양적연구가 전체 35편으로 72.9%, 질적연구는 9편 으로 18.8%, 문헌연구는 4편(8.3%)으로 나타났으며, 혼합연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 연구주제 분석 결과 직무 만족 14편(29.2%), 직무 만족 외 4편(8.3%)으로 직무 관련 18 편(37.5%), 개인 특성, 기타 연구 각 6편(12.5%), 경험, 근로자성, 돌봄 질 연구 각 5편 (10.4%), 안전행동 3편(6.3%) 등의 순서로 나타났다.
