The family is the institution in which God has commanded the education of children, but today's families are facing very challenging times. Moreover, as we see the weakening of the church's education function during the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an urgent need for faith education at home. As society has become more pluralistic and individualized, the home has lost its educational function. As an alternative to restore the educational function of the home, we would like to apply Havruta, a Jewish method of education. Havruta is a traditional Jewish method of learning. It involves two people discussing and arguing with each other through dialog and questions. The person you're paired with can be at the same level of learning as you, or slightly different. Havruta means friendship or companionship. Traditionally, Havruta refers to a person or method of studying Torah, the Jewish law, together. This study explores the applicability of the Havruta learning method to religious education at home. This study aims to identify what Havruta is, Jewish Havruta religious education, its applicability in Korean Christian home environments, and how it can be applied and specifically implemented. The rapid changes in modern society have led to the weakening of the functions of child rearing and religious education in the home. The home and family are God's institutionalized little church. The home is where God's commanded faith formation takes place, and Havruta's problem-based and discussion-based learning is very effective in helping children discover biblical truths. When an environment is created in which children are encouraged to think through questions, and the process of voluntary judgment and decision-making is repeated, it is expected that a Christian worldview will be formed while recognizing biblical truth. In this sense, Havruta's faith-based education will form a Christian worldview in your children.

가정은 하나님께서 자녀의 교육을 명령하신 기관이다. 그런데 오늘의 가정에서 자 녀의 신앙교육은 매우 어려운 시기에 놓여있다. 더욱이 코로나 19를 겪으면서 교회교 육 기능이 약화 되는 현상을 보면서 가정에서 신앙교육이 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 현 사회가 다원화와 개인화가 되어가면서 가정이 교육적인 기능을 상실한 것이다. 상 실한 가정에서의 교육 기능을 회복하기 위한 대안으로서 유대인이 실행하는 교육방법 인 하브루타를 적용하고자 한다. 하브루타는 유대인의 전통적인 학습방법으로 두 사람이 대화와 질문을 통해 상대 방과 토론하고 논쟁하는 방식으로 진행한다. 짝을 이루는 상대방은 자신과 학습 수준 이 비슷하거나 약간 차이가 있을 수 있다. 하브루타는 우정이나 동반자 관계를 뜻한 다. 전통적으로 하브루타는 유대인 율법인 토라(Torah)를 함께 공부하는 사람이나 학 습법을 뜻했다. 이 연구에서는 하브루타 학습법이 가정에서 신앙교육에 적용 가능성을 모색하고자 한다. 하브루타가 무엇인지, 유대인의 하브루타 신앙교육을 확인하고, 한국 기독교 가 정환경에서 적용 가능성과 어떻게 적용하여 어떤 방법으로 구체적으로 수행할 수 있는지를 확인하고자 한다. 그리고 현대사회의 급속한 변화는 가정에서 자녀 양육과 신앙교육 기능의 약화를 가져왔다. 가정과 교회는 하나님께서 세우신 기관으로 가정은 작은 교회이다. 그리고 가정은 하나님께서 명령하신 신앙교육이 일어나는 곳이다. 가정에서 하브루타의 문제 중심학습이나 토론학습이 신앙교육을 받는 자녀들이 성서의 진리를 찾아가도록 돕는 데 매우 효과적이다. 서로가 질문을 통해 사고할 수 있는 환경이 조성되고, 자발적으 로 판단과 결정하는 과정이 반복될 때, 성서의 진리를 인식하면서 기독교 세계관이 형성될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이런 의미에서 하브루타의 신앙교육은 자녀들에게 기독교 세계관을 형성과 함께 기독교적인 올바른 정체성을 확립하게 될 것이다.
