In the 21st century, advances in science and technology have led to the creation and commercialization of an amazing generative AI system. It is a system that stores existing language and data related to it, combines linguistic associations through incredibly fast computing power and advanced algorithms, and finds answers to the questions posed by them. Generative AI has been applied in many fields, and there is a movement to utilize it in Christianity. This study aims to examine how generative AI can be utilized in Christian worship. The following conclusions are drawn from this research. Using generative AI such as Chat-GPT in Christian worship is feasible in limited areas. Given the nature of Christian worship as an event of God's revelation and human response, through which Christian identity is formed, generative AI that derives results from accumulated data cannot generate or organize Christian worship itself. This study is organized as follows. Chapter 1 is an introduction, outlining the paper and describing the prior researches. Chapter 2 examines the advent of the era of AI and how it is evaluated in Christianity. In Chapter 3, the possibility of introducing AI into worship was examined by combining the basic meaning of worship with the theology of worship. Chapter 4 addressed the issue of applying an actual generative AI system to Christian worship, discussing the new possibilities of utilizing it and the relationship between generative AI and pastors who plan worship. Chapter 5 is the conclusion of this study, summarizing the discussion and outlining my conclusions.

21세기에 들어 과학기술의 발전으로 생성형 인공지능이라는 놀라운 체계를 만들어 상용화에 성공했다. 이는 기존의 언어와 이에 연관된 데이터를 저장해서 놀랍도록 빠 른 연산능력과 진보한 알고리즘을 통해 언어적 연관성을 결합하고 이를 통해 제기된 질문들의 답을 스스로 찾아가는 체계이다. 생성형 인공지능의 등장에 많은 분야에서 응용되고 있으며 기독교 내에서도 이를 활용하려는 움직임이 일어나고 있다. 본 연구 는 생성형 인공지능을 기독교 예배에서 어떻게 활용할 수 있는가를 고찰하려는 목적 으로 수행됐다. 필자는 본 연구를 진행하면서 다음과 같은 결론을 도출했다. 기독교 예배에서 Chat-GPT와 같은 생성형 인공지능을 사용하는 것은 제한적인 영역에서 가능하다. 왜 냐하면 기독교 예배가 가진 특성인 하나님의 계시와 인간의 응답의 사건이며 이를 통 해 기독교인의 정체성이 형성되는 것을 고려해본다면 축적된 데이터에 의해 결과를 도출하는 생성형 인공지능은 기독교 예배를 스스로 생성하거나 구성할 수는 없다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 내용으로 진행되었다. 1장은 서론으로 연구의 대략적 소개 와 선행연구를 기술했다. 2장에서는 생성형 인공지능 시대의 도래와 함께 이를 기독 교에서는 어떻게 평가하는지에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 3장에서는 생성형 인공지능을 예 배에 도입하기 위해 예배의 기본적인 의미와 예배신학을 접목시켜보면서 그 가능성을 타진하였다. 4장에서는 실제 생성형 인공지능 시스템을 기독교 예배에 활용하는 적용 의 문제를 다루면서 이를 활용함으로 얻는 새로운 가능성, 그리고 생성형 인공지능과 예배를 기획하는 목회자와의 관계 대해 논의하였다. 5장은 본 연구의 결론으로 논의 를 요약하고 필자의 결론을 정리하였다.
