Parcel delivery services are undergoing various changes due to the Living Logistics Service Development Act, delivery by unmanned transport means, last-mile delivery, diversity of parcel logistics entities. However, work processes and managed information vary among different parcel logistics companies, thereby hindering the linkage and sharing of logistics information among them. Various problems are occurring as a result, including disconnection of information, poor work efficiency, absence of digital logistics information, and excessive costs and times due to delivery errors. A standardized e-waybill document is necessary to facilitate the linkage of information among various parcel logistics entities due to the interface between manned and unmanned transport means and the subdivision of parcel logistics business processes. Therefore, this paper intends to propose a generic and standardized process and information model for parcel delivery waybill based on the international standard methodology.

택배 서비스는 생활물류서비스발전법, 무인운송수단, 라스트마일 배송, 택배물류주체 다각화 등 기술 및 환경변화에 따라 진화하고 있다. 그러나 택배 기업별로 업무 방식과 관리하는 정보가 상이하여 택배 물류 주체 간 정보 연계 및 정보공유가 되지 않고 있다. 이로 인해 정보 단절, 업무 효율 저하, 디지털 정보 부재 및 배송 오류 로 인한 시간 및 비용 과다 발생 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이를 위해 택배물류 참여주체 간 정보 연계는 필수 적이므로, 택배물류 업무를 위한 표준화된 전자문서가 필요하다. 그러므로 본 논문은 국제정보 표준 방법론 기반 의 객관적이고 정형화된 택배화물 배송을 위한 전자문서 중 전자운송장을 위한 비즈니스 프로세스와 정보 모델링 과 모델링 기반의 XML 전자문서를 제안한다.
