The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of SCM operation, SCM strategy and SCM trust of logistics companies on SCM success and business performance. To this end, a survey was conducted from May 1 to 19, 2023, targeting 150 workers in domestic logistics companies. The research hypothesis was set as “SCM operations will have a significant impact on SCM success. SCM strategy will have a significant impact on SCM success. SCM trust will have a significant impact on SCM success. SCM success will have a significant impact on business performance.” As a result of the study, SCM strategy and SCM trust have a significant effect on SCM success. In addition, SCM success was found to have a significant effect on business performance. However, independent variable SCM operation was found to be insignificant to parameter SCM success. In order for domestic logistics companies to improve their business performance, success in SCM must come first. To this end, logistics companies must have SCM strategies and trust in SCM. Logistics companies should introduce SCM and provide company-wide support for efficient SCM activities.

본 연구의 목적은 물류기업의 SCM 활동인 SCM 운영, SCM 전략, SCM 신뢰가 SCM 성공과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 물류기업의 150여 종사자들을 대상으 로 2023년 5월 1일부터 19일까지 설문조사를 실행하였다. 연구가설은 “SCM 운영은 SCM 성공에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다, SCM 전략은 SCM 성공에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다, SCM 신뢰는 SCM 성공에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다, SCM 성공은 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다.”로 설정하였다. 연구결과, 독립변수인 SCM 전략과 SCM 신뢰는 매개변수 SCM 성공에 유의한 영향을 주고 SCM 성공은 종속변수 경영성과에 긍정적인 영 향을 주고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 독립변수 SCM 운영은 매개변수 SCM 성공에 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 국내 물류기업이 경영성과를 향상시켜 나가기 위해서는 먼저 SCM 성공이 우선되어야 하고 이를 위해 SCM 전략과 SCM 신뢰가 이루어져야 한다. 물류기업들은 SCM을 도입하여 SCM 활동이 효 율적으로 운영되도록 전사적인 지원이 뒷받침 되어야 할 것이다.
