This paper conducted an empirical analysis on the effect of transformational leadership of judo leaders on exercise commitment. An empirical analysis was also conducted on whether the expertise of Judo leaders has a mediating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and exercise commitment, and whether coaching efficiency has a moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and exercise professionalism. In this study, a total of 208 questionnaires were used for the empirical analysis of the final empirical analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify the research hypotheses. The summary of the research results of this paper is as follows. First of all, transformational leadership had a positive effect on exercise commitment. In addition, transformational leadership had a positive effect on exercise professionalism. In the mediating effect test, exercise professionalism had a mediating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and exercise commitment. In addition, leadership efficiency had a moderating effect in the relationship between transformational leadership and exercise expertise.

이 논문은 유도 지도자의 변혁적 리더십이 운동몰입에 미치는 효과에 대하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 또 한 유도 지도자의 전문성이 변혁적 리더십과 운동몰입 간의 관계에 매개효과가 있는지, 그리고 변혁적 리더십과 전문성 간의 관계에 지도 효율성이 조절효과가 있는지에 대해서도 실증분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 총 208 부의 설문지를 최종 본 연구의 실증분석에 사용하였고, 연구가설들을 검증하기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 수행하 였다. 본 논문의 연구결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 우선, 변혁적 리더십은 운동몰입에 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 또한 변혁적 리더십은 전문성에 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 매개효과 검정에 있어서 전문성은 변혁적 리더 십과 운동몰입도 간 관계에는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지도 효율성은 변혁적 리더십과 전문성 간 관계에서 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
